After graduating of 2011 from Clarion University with a BS in Psychology, I got was offered. But, because child care so is so expensive I had to leave that job after having my second child. I found a job that would allow me to use my psychology degree, being a Therapeutic Support Staff for kids with Autism, ADHD and other neurological disorders. I am so thankful for all my clients taught me. They taught me how to see the world differently but most importantly, not to judge. We do not know what others are going through. It is my goal to work with and care for children as a nurse. As important as my work was, I want to have an even bigger impact on the children I work with. I want to help nurse children back to health, be the support many families need during a medical crisis and be the guiding facing for these children to smile and laugh in a difficult situation. I have always wanted to work with kids for as long as I could remember. Kids are my passion. My kids, the kids I work with, and the kids in my future. Children are our future and I love to help guide them where they need it the most. As much as kids are my passion, I love to travel. I love to visit new places and learn about new cultures. I think how people live differently all over the world is fascinating. I love to learn about the customs, traditions, and history of the places I visit. I learned to look at life in a different light. I take what I from traveling and use those lessons to teach my kids about diversity, culture and to appreciate all the things we have.
