I have dedicated most of my adult life to ministry to the broken and overlooked. I spent 5 years a missionary in the Middle East working with refugees. I learned Arabic and studied cross-cultural communication. I learned much more from them than they ever could have learned from me. Now, I am looking to get into the mental health field. I have been clinically diagnosed with PTSD, general anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, and borderline personality disorder. My own healing journey has inspired me to help remove the stigma of mental illness and counsel those going through the same journey I've been through.
