I truly believe in bettering the lives of others. No one is a stranger to loss, sorrow, and pain, so in knowing what pain and hardship feels like, I believe that we should work to minimize such hurt, sorrow, and injustice in the world and in the lives of others. I am most passionate about service, advocacy and communications. I am passionate about understanding people and their struggles because with understanding often comes true change. I am a great candidate because I am a relentless fighter. I have advocated for racial justice through public speaking and I have worked as a social justice organizer. I have spoken for school integration and I advocate through many community boards. Additionally, I have had the privilege to advocate for the youth. What I believe, I practice. Thus, I am an excellent candidate.
