I am a curious and passionate person who wants to be able to make an impact on at least one individual, no matter how small! I hope to pursue my education in physics to become a secondary school teacher, but I am also interested in multiple other subjects - including the arts, language, and history. I like to think of myself as an optimist, and I love life and all the good things in it! I have had my fair share of struggles and setbacks, but nothing I was unable to overcome with the help of my family and friends. I hope to one day be a role model and supporter to students, someone to help them reach for their full potential and discover their own passions and aptitudes. There is perhaps no better profession I can dream of than to teach; sharing knowledge and guiding young minds is a crucial part of developing our future generations. I have always loved the sciences and the way they allow us to explore what we see around us, and even what we can’t see. Hopefully, I will one day be able to expose students to new ways of thinking and examining the sciences. Likewise, I could have the opportunity to share in other areas of thought, just as my best teachers did for me. Even if I’m not the one to make the next groundbreaking discovery or win the Nobel Prize, through teaching, I just might be able to inspire the student who will one day grow up to be that person.
