Music has been a constant in my life and has shaped how I see the world and connect with others. As a senior preparing for college, I’m driven to turn that passion into a career while continuing to grow, create, and contribute to something bigger than myself.

I come from a small household where it’s just my dad and I. As a single parent, my dad has sacrificed everything to make sure I have the space and support I need. We live in a tiny one bedroom apartment and he has full custody of me, receiving no financial support from my mom.
Growing up under these circumstances from an early age has allowed me to understand both responsibility and resilience. This has simultaneously cultivated my strong sense of independence and motivation to create my own path in life. I work for myself and am committed to building a future where I can not only support myself, but also eventually give back to my dad for everything he’s done for me.
Music has always been one of the most prominent and important elements of my life. I’ve been playing music since I was just 5 years old, and I have played countless different styles of music over the course of 12+ years. One of my biggest personal achievements is the country and world wide tour I went on with my band. I played in multiple US states over the span of 1 month, including Colorado, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, and more. I played shows at some world renowned venues like the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, and the Tin Roof in Nashville. I also have been on a month long tour with my band in Japan, playing shows all around Osaka, Tokyo, Kobe, and Kyoto. Additionally, I have been a part of the Coronado School of the Arts Musical Theatre and Drama program at my high school for all four years of my high school career. I was selected to attend this pre-professional musical theatre conservatory that focuses on developing advanced skills in acting, singing, and dance. I have committed 18+ hours weekly while balancing academics as well as performing in three full-scale musical productions including Pippin, The Addams Family, and Cabaret.
My goal is to continue developing my musical skills and expanding my horizons in music while turning my passion into a sustainable career. I want to prove that despite my financial challenges, my dedication and hard work will create real opportunities for myself. More than anything, I want to build a future where I can support myself through what I love to do and honor the sacrifices my dad has made to help me get there.
