Bachelor's degree program
2024 – 2026
- Mechanical Engineering

I’m a mechanical engineering student at UW-Platteville with a real passion for hands-on learning and solving real-world problems. My journey into engineering started with experiences in additive manufacturing, mechanical work, and small engine repairs, which have given me a solid base in the field. Back in high school, I competed in the SkillsUSA additive manufacturing competition and earned my Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate certificate. I also had the chance to work at Midwest Prototyping, where I gained practical skills in prototyping and manufacturing. Right now, I’m working toward my degree while being mentored by a seasoned professional at Oshkosh Corporation. I was also invited by my programming professor to help design an interface system for a tensile tester using a Raspberry Pi, which will be a great hands-on project. This summer (2025), I’m excited to join Didion for a mechanical engineering internship, where I’ll be focusing on improving manufacturing processes and reducing dust. I’m always eager to learn, take on new challenges, and grow as a leader. My goal is to keep expanding my knowledge and contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving field of engineering.
