I am a dedicated Wind Turbine Technician student in PCI’s certificate program, aspiring to advance to the associate program to build a long-term career in the wind industry. For the past decade I have been a full-time caregiver for my combat-disabled husband, a role that has strengthened my resilience, problem-solving skills, and commitment to service. Maintaining a 4.0 GPA, I am focused on gaining in-depth technical knowledge and practical experience to support my family while making a meaningful contribution to the field. As an immigrant raised in foster care, I developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for the opportunities available in this country. What began as curiosity about wind turbines has grown into a passion for the field. I am eager to learn, grow, and bring dedication, perseverance, and compassion to a team building a sustainable future.
