I have also come to appreciate the value of self-care and the need to make time for activities that bring me joy and help me to relax. In terms of relationships, the pandemic has had a mixed impact. On the one hand, it has brought me closer to some of the people in my life, as we have leaned on each other for support during these difficult times. On the other hand, it has also strained some relationships, as the stress and uncertainty of the pandemic has led to conflicts and misunderstandings.
