Julian Rosario is a senior Political Science major completing an honors thesis exploring whether the timing of restoration impacts a felon’s rehabilitation. Julian’s research reflects a deep interest in understanding how policy decisions and timing influence reintegration and recidivism outcomes. They bring experience in public service through government and non-profit organization internships. Having gained admission to the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, Julian is committed to upholding the values of fairness and equity as they guide his professional journey and using his legal education to advocate for those often left unheard in our society.
