Hi! I'm Julia, a senior at West Boca Raton High School. In my free time, I love playing soccer and hanging out with friends and family. In the future, I hope to go to Florida State University and attend medical school after. In high school I am already in the medical program and participate in HOSA, so I would love to continue my journey with helping people around me with my passion for medicine. I am a great candidate for a scholarship because the money would contribute to my long term goals of pursuing my dreams.

• I shadowed doctors and nurses at the local hospital, West Boca Medical Center. I got this opportunity through the medical academy at my school which I am very grateful for. Through this, I helped by taking vital signs, reading EKG charts, etc.

  Mission:

  The mission was to put a smile on a face to the children who are unfortunately suffering with their case of cancer. By doing this, we had a fashion show at our local mall where the kids dressed up as what they wanted to be when they grow up.
