Bio

I'm Josh, A highly motivated student transferring to my dream school. I plan on continuing my education and getting my bachelor's in applied science. I will be graduating in the year 2025 and going to get my masters in the same field. It has always been my dream to learn about new cultures and live among them. This is why I chose BYU - Hawaii. My current education path is a little unusual. I grew up with dyslexia and had the challenges that come along with it. This in turn made me loathe learning. That all changed when I was 16 and was behind everyone in my age group. So I started pushing myself. On my 17 birthday, I graduated at the top of my class with my GED. Not having much experience with "normal education" being homeschooled most of my life I learned to love learning. Not long after I enrolled in Lanier Technical Drafting AA Degree. I hit the ground running Graduating at the top of my class one year earlier than I was supposed to. I was offered the ability to attend Skills USA, but sadly I was too young. I thrived in taking challenges and making them mine. I learned a valuable rule of life. If you work hard it does not matter what or who you are you will succeed. My biggest Hobby/Goal is to start an orphanage against the border of the USA. Thousands of kids are left to fend for themselves having no place to stay. I want to give them a structure and a place to stay. Bettering their lives and giving them hope.
