I am a freshman college student at the University of Florida on a Spring-Summer Academic schedule. I am majoring in Political Science, and I'm eventually going to law school and becoming an attorney, practicing family law. I always like a challenge. I am never one to back away when things get complicated. I have been acknowledged in previous workspaces for my work quality and ability to communicate well with my coworkers. I have been recognized for my responsibility in volunteer spaces and for always maintaining a cheerful attitude throughout the day. While in high school, I was president of the Student Council, National Honor Society, and Key Club for the majority of my time in high school. I was also Chief and Editor of the Yearbook. I also volunteered both in my high school and in my community. Upon graduating, I gained a Fall internship at a local immigration office, specifically the Law Office of S.A. Peterkin. While interning at the Law Office, I volunteered at many of the events they hosted. I still wanted to volunteer in my community, so I proceeded to volunteer at my church. When arriving on my college campus in the Spring, I joined the Phi Alpha Delta (PAD) legal fraternity. PAD is a pre-law undergraduate fraternity. Upon joining PAD I also joined their In-House Mock Trial team. While juggling classes and extracurriculars, I obtained an on-campus job at a call center. In conclusion, I am passionate about my community, school, academics, and community. While attending both high school and college, I have managed to juggle these passions of mine.
