Bio

Hello, I'm Joel Koomson to anyone looking at me for a scholarship, you're putting your money in the right person. I love being able to create opportunities for the poor and making sure that everyone who has a dream can make it come true. I am currently attending Georgia State University with my twin brother and hope that I can Build a ministry in the future to support the elderly and the youth. I am attending Georgia State University in the hopes of creating an atmosphere of peace in Georgia, by reducing carbon footprints. I hope to be able to help farmers with Data and Climate change to reduce food loss. My birth was unique being born during Hurricane Charley and my heart stopping couldn't stop God. I am often reminded of this story by my twin brother who beat me out of the womb, but am constantly grateful for each day I live. I love to understand how computers can affect modern society, and would love to be able to express my faith and knowledge to others. I think the world is very unique and the creation of many devices has altered nations. I hope that I can be able to inspire others and create an atmosphere based on peace and equality through God and financial technology. * I am also a proud member of my church's youth Let's be Bold!

    Eleven Scholarship
My Great-grandfather was a remarkably virtuous Man; he was a principal, Husband, and veteran. He fought in World War II and was an active speaker against war. Coming from a small nation called Ghana (located in West Africa), Where my Father and mother were born. I don't know much about him, but I believe that he stood for world peace and equality and was a born nationalist. I Love being a Christian and often ponder how my faith can create a world my grandfather believed in with science. Through my early years in college, the outlook for most youth in Atlanta, Georgia, is to work but to be innovative later. Whereas this goes against who I am, I believe in financial sovereignty and dignification through an endeavor. Working for a company is worthwhile, and accumulating new skills is essential. But life is more than banknotes and monetary security. Sometimes, you must take a painstaking risk to gain that rare reward. Due to that, my mother never contacted a repairperson or a plumber but commissioned me at a tender age to mend everything, calling me the "fixer". As I matured, my friends introduced me to computer science, leading me to try to comprehend everything concerning it. I grew up in Chicago, which was significantly different from my African background, but I desired to try to understand how to appreciate various ethnicities, and the components of computers and how they could alter all forms of life. I have numerous relatives and few friends, and each didn't understand much about technology, creating an opportunity for me to help. I took the time and operated on my family's laptops with my twin brother; I endeavored to understand how their computers became so unperceptive and wanted to comprehend it. To our surprise, we repaired some, and this changed the perspective of everyone around me; it created the pathway for me to grow and sparked my parents' curiosity to continue pushing me. Due to that, people I knew started allowing me to fix their devices, which led me to improve my coding and familiarity with technology. Financial technology is vital to the success of any online or physical credit system; many companies launched in the retail market in the past decades have disappeared or filed for bankruptcy. However, I want to transform the industry; food loss is unpredictable for farmers in Georgia, with Georgia having its most alarming peach season ironically. It created a burning passion for me to solve this, and create a company based on Climate and Data analysis that provides a market for local farmers to use this Data, to distribute and purchase products on my B2B marketplace. Furthermore, I am enrolled at Georgia State University and studying Computer Science. In the next three years, I hope that computer science can help me understand the philosophical features of hardware and can push me further into S.T.E.M. and Fintech (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). I think about how I could utilize hardware to change the lives of the less fortunate and the disabled, who may not be able to access computers, which people like me regard as a right but truly is a privilege. Winning this Scholarship would aid me in producing the Information God leads me to create that will truly change lives, nations, and the world.

    Good People, Cool Things Scholarship
So many books, so little time, so many wonders, so much to ponder on this is the basis of human capacity. I am fond of reading my bible and creating something bigger than myself, the development of the Hebrew gospel is a spectacle. Since the reign of King James, the incredible sacrifice of the Protestants and holy servants of God has given me the right and the freedom to read the bible without pondering on death. I have numerous relatives and few friends, and each didn't understand much about technology, as a young child being able to help was important. I took the time and operated on my family's laptops with my twin brother; I endeavored to understand how their computers became so unperceptive and wanted to comprehend them. To our surprise, we repaired some, and this changed the perspective of everyone around me; it created the pathway for me to grow and sparked my parents' curiosity to continue pushing me. If I had an extra 24 hours in a day I would place all my hope and my desire in god and create a path for me to understand more about him. Consequently when thinking about Jesus, how much do we know about him and how much time is genuinely placed into learning more about his creations? I think that is a spectacle and creates a creative passion for me to learn and inspire others through the bible and innovation. Furthermore, I am enrolled at Georgia State University and studying Computer Science. Green and brown energy are classic examples of oil and water; they are substances with different attributes and outputs. Brown energy comes from oil, coal, and fossil fuels. The combustion of these fuels outputs toxic emissions into the atmosphere. Green energy is a clean form of emission and is better for the environment. Oil corporations are a big problem in brown energy being released into the atmosphere and affecting the environmental scope of the earth. Green energy is a clean and sustainable way of life, It is laboriously founded on providing clean natural resources for humans and animals. I have numerous relatives and few friends, and each didn't understand much about technology, creating an opportunity for me to help. I took the time and operated on my family's laptops with my twin brother; I endeavored to understand how their computers became so unperceptive and wanted to comprehend them. Due to that, people I knew started allowing me to fix their devices, which led me to improve my coding and familiarity with technology. This realization changed the way I lived my life the belief that the earth is god's holy temple, resonated with me and that we must be resourceful. I believe that I take the steps every day by using clean resources, always tidying up my car, and switching from plastic bottles to jugs. I think about how I used to leave everything plugged in my house and how it affected everything around me and left a carbon footprint. Financial technology is vital to the success of any online or physical credit system; many companies launched in the retail market in the past decades have disappeared or filed for bankruptcy. I don't know much about him, but I believe that he stood for world peace and equality and was a born nationalist. I Love being a Christian and often think about how my faith can create a world my grandfather believed in with science. As I matured, my friends introduced me to computer science, leading me to try to comprehend everything about it. I grew up in Chicago, which was very different from my African background, but I desired to try to understand the components of computers and how they could alter all forms of life. I have numerous relatives and few friends, and each didn't understand much about technology, creating an opportunity for me to help. I took the time and operated on my family's laptops with my twin brother; I endeavored to understand how their computers became so unperceptive and wanted to comprehend them. It created a burning passion for me to solve this, and create a company based on Climate and Data analysis that provides a market for local farmers to use this Data to distribute and purchase products on my B2B marketplace. As well as to bring this to African nations. A.I. is a Broad field and provides many opportunities; It can change economies and a country's development with a simple invention. And once I graduate, I will have the chance to be independent and build an industry I can run. As Computer Science grows and the outlook for engineers grows, it provides opportunities for individuals like me and demonstrates the lucrative area in Fintech. As a child, I was drawn to the specs of computers and wanted to understand how to disassemble and reconstruct a laptop. Correspondingly, it led me to pursue any form of engineering to gain more knowledge and sparked a passion. Through my early years in college, the outlook for most youth in Atlanta, Georgia, is to work but to be innovative later. Fintech (financial technology) is quite interesting regarding mobile wallets and web apps. My first love in the science field was Bitcoin, which was very meaningful to me—nine years, six months, and 29 days ago. Before anyone knew about the crypto boom, I knew! I was in love with cryptocurrency, and so were my friends. We often discussed mining devices and how we could acquire one. Over time, as I grew, I fell in love with tech. Through the years, I was forced to leave America and return to my home country. But I never stopped pushing the boundaries I created research pages, analyzed the crypto exchange, and was presented the opportunity to talk to President Obama about hardware in New York. If I were to start a business in my community, I would establish a sustainable urban farming and community garden venture. This business would significantly contribute to improving the welfare of the community in several ways. Access to Fresh, Affordable Produce: Many communities, particularly in urban areas, lack easy access to fresh and affordable produce. By creating a community garden, we would provide residents with a nearby source of high-quality fruits and vegetables. This would help improve overall nutrition and food security. Educational Opportunities: The business would also focus on educational programs. We would organize workshops and classes on gardening, sustainable farming practices, and healthy eating. This knowledge transfer would empower community members to grow their food and make healthier dietary choices. Community Building: The community garden would serve as a gathering place, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents. By working together to maintain the garden, people would build stronger social connections, improving the overall well-being of the community. Environmental Benefits: Sustainable farming practices would be a core aspect of the business. This would include composting, rainwater harvesting, and organic gardening techniques. By implementing these practices, we would contribute to a healthier environment, reduce waste, and decrease the carbon footprint of the community. Starting the business would involve several steps: 1. Research and Planning: I would conduct thorough research to understand the specific needs of my community, local regulations, and potential competitors. This research would inform the development of a comprehensive business plan. 2. Securing Funding: To start the business, I would seek funding through a combination of personal savings, grants, loans, and possibly crowdfunding. This capital would be used for acquiring land, seeds, gardening equipment, and educational resources. 3. Location and Land Acquisition: Finding a suitable location for the community garden would be crucial. This might involve leasing or purchasing land in the community, depending on the available resources. 4. Infrastructure and Set-Up: Creating the infrastructure for the garden, including raised beds, irrigation systems, and a small educational center, would be the next step. 5. Community Engagement: Actively involving the community is vital. Outreach efforts would include public meetings, social media, and partnerships with local schools and community organizations. 6. Sustainable Practices: Implementing and promoting sustainable farming practices would be a fundamental aspect of the business. This would include composting, organic gardening, and efficient water usage. 7. Education Programs: Developing and offering educational programs and workshops on gardening, nutrition, and sustainability to empower community members. 8. Maintenance and Growth: Regular maintenance and expansion of the garden, based on community feedback and needs, would be ongoing priorities. In conclusion, by starting a sustainable urban farming and community garden business, I would aim to improve the welfare of my community by enhancing access to fresh produce, providing educational opportunities, fostering community bonds, and contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly environment. This business would not only benefit the local community but also promote healthier, happier lives for its residents

Joel was a diligent college student who stood out in many ways on his bustling campus. While most of his peers spent their weekends partying or catching up on sleep, Joel had a different tradition. He had an unwavering love for going to church. Joel's connection to the church ran deep. Raised in a devout family, he had attended Sunday services since he could remember. It wasn't just a matter of habit; it was a spiritual sanctuary for him. It was where he found solace, guidance, and a sense of purpose. It was a place where he felt closer to the divine and a stronger connection with his values. Every Sunday, Joel would wake up early, put on his best clothes, and head to the church a few blocks away from his college. His friends often teased him about his commitment, but he never wavered. The church's stained glass windows and serene atmosphere provided a stark contrast to the noisy college life he encountered during the week. At the church, Joel not only found spiritual fulfillment but also a sense of community. He became an active member, joining the choir and volunteering in various church activities. This allowed him to forge deep friendships with fellow churchgoers who shared his values and commitment. As the semesters passed, Joel's love for the church grew stronger. He discovered that his faith gave him the resilience and strength to navigate the challenges of college life. His friends began to admire his unwavering commitment, and some even expressed interest in attending church with him. Joel's college journey was about more than just pursuing academic excellence. It was also a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. The church remained his constant, providing a peaceful haven amidst the chaos of college life. Through his love for the church, Joel not only deepened his faith but also became a beacon of inspiration to his friends and fellow students, showing them that amidst the frenzy of college life, there was a tranquil sanctuary waiting for those who sought it. Joel's story served as a reminder that faith and spiritual values could be a guiding light even in the most challenging of times. To me this was my story and is till my journey I hope to build a church and a ministry where every around me can benefit and grow. I hope I can become a helper in a world that doesn't haven't enough help.

The passing of a loved one is a profound and heart-wrenching experience, one that leaves an indelible mark on those left behind. In this essay, we will explore a deeply personal story of overcoming the simultaneous loss of a beloved aunt and uncle. The journey through grief and the subsequent healing process can be daunting, but it also has the potential to be transformative. In this narrative, we will reflect on how one individual coped with the immense sorrow of losing two cherished family members and emerged from the darkness with newfound resilience and strength. The news of my aunt and uncle's sudden passing was a devastating blow that left me stunned and overwhelmed. They were pillars of our family, exuding warmth, wisdom, and love. Their simultaneous departure was a cruel twist of fate that felt almost too difficult to bear. The void they left behind seemed insurmountable, and the initial wave of grief was all-encompassing. Grieving the loss of my aunt and uncle was a multifaceted journey. It was a process that did not adhere to a strict timeline but instead flowed like a turbulent river, with moments of deep sorrow, anger, and eventual acceptance. The grief was a heavy burden to carry, yet it was essential to allow myself to mourn and seek support from friends and family who were also grappling with the same loss. It was a journey that demanded self-compassion and self-care. As time passed, I began to appreciate that my aunt and uncle's memory could be celebrated in ways that were uplifting rather than painful. I collected stories and memories, both my own and those shared by other family members. These anecdotes transformed into a source of comfort and inspiration, a way to honor the rich lives they had lived and the love they had shared with everyone they knew. Overcoming the loss of my aunt and uncle, a pair of individuals who had been a constant source of guidance and support in my life, required tapping into the reservoir of resilience within me. The pain I experienced became a catalyst for personal growth and transformation. The grief I felt was channeled into a commitment to live life to its fullest, to embrace each day as a precious gift, and to cultivate the relationships that mattered most. The dual loss of my aunt and uncle marked a significant change in my life. It forced me to confront the transient nature of existence and the inevitability of change. In facing this reality, I developed a deeper understanding of the need to embrace transformation, to adapt to life's ever-shifting landscape, and to honor the enduring spirit of those we have lost by living our own lives fully. As I navigated through the grieving process and emerged from the depths of sorrow, I developed a strong desire to help others who were experiencing similar pain. I became involved in support groups and organizations that focused on bereavement and mental health. The empathy I cultivated through my own experience allowed me to become a source of solace and understanding for others who were grappling with their own loss. The dual loss of my beloved aunt and uncle was an incredibly painful and heartrending experience. However, it was also a journey of healing and transformation. It taught me to acknowledge the importance of change, to commemorate the lives of those we have lost in uplifting ways, and to find strength in my own resilience. Moreover, it ignited a desire to help others on their journeys of healing, guided by the empathy I had developed. In the face of the immense grief and sorrow, I discovered the transformative power of resilience and the enduring impact of cherished relationships. Overcoming the dual loss of my aunt and uncle served as a poignant reminder that, even in the darkest moments of our lives, the human spirit has the capacity to heal, adapt, and emerge stronger, fortified by the love and memories of those we hold dear.

Space extends infinitely, with billions of galaxies, each containing billions of stars and planets. The enormity of space challenges our understanding of scale. It is a canvas so immense that human comprehension struggles to grasp its limits. Within this vastness, there is room for endless discovery and exploration, a testament to the uniqueness of space. Space is an eerily silent vacuum, devoid of the air and atmosphere that we take for granted on Earth. This absence of air results in the absence of sound, making space one of the most profound silences known to humanity. The vacuum of space presents unique challenges and demands advanced technology and specialized equipment to survive and thrive.Space is a realm of unparalleled beauty. The universe is adorned with cosmic wonders, from the breathtaking nebulas and star clusters to the mesmerizing orbits of planets and moons. The colorful swirls of gas and dust that form galaxies, the ethereal glow of distant stars, and the majesty of celestial events like supernovas and solar eclipses all contribute to the otherworldly aesthetics of space. Space is a treasure trove of mysteries waiting to be unraveled. It holds answers to fundamental questions about the origins of the universe, the nature of dark matter and dark energy, and the potential for life beyond Earth. Questions about the existence of black holes, wormholes, and the possibility of time travel continue to baffle scientists and ignite human curiosity. Space is an environment of extreme conditions. The temperature variations in space can be drastic, with temperatures plunging to hundreds of degrees below freezing and soaring to hundreds of degrees above boiling. Additionally, the vacuum of space poses a constant threat, requiring astronauts and spacecraft to be shielded from its harsh effects. Space is home to a myriad of unpredictable phenomena, including solar flares, cosmic rays, and meteor showers. These phenomena can impact our planet and technology, presenting unique challenges for space exploration and navigation. One of the most profound aspects of space is the relentless quest to discover extraterrestrial life. The uniqueness of Earth in supporting life prompts us to search for it elsewhere in the cosmos. Scientists and researchers scan distant planets and moons for signs of habitability and potential life, as the discovery of even microbial life beyond Earth would be an unprecedented scientific breakthrough. In summary, space is a realm like no other, characterized by its vastness, silence, beauty, mysteries, extreme conditions, unpredictable phenomena, and the quest for life. It captivates humanity's imagination, driving us to explore and understand this unique and enigmatic frontier. As we continue to advance our understanding of space, it is essential to acknowledge the significance of this remarkable realm and the profound impact it has on our perspective of the universe and our place within it. Space, indeed, represents the final frontier for human exploration and knowledge, and its uniqueness will continue to inspire generations of scientists, astronomers, and dreamers.

The intergenerational gap has always been a source of fascination and, at times, friction. Today, as we ponder the prospects of the Millennials and Gen Z, it's essential to recognize the unique rendezvous with destiny they face. The phrase "The Greatest Generation 2.0" raises intriguing questions about the parallels and disparities between the Millennials-Gen Z and the historical Greatest Generation. As the older generation, it can be challenging to accept that "our children are our elders in universe time," as Buckminster Fuller noted. This essay explores the profound challenges and similarities between these generations, dissecting the economic, societal, and existential burdens they bear. In the 1930s, the Great Depression brought about widespread economic despair, with incomes at an all-time low and unemployment rates soaring to a staggering 25 percent. The Greatest Generation emerged from this crucible with resilience and determination. Today, Millennials and Gen Z face economic challenges of their own. Incomes for this generation are notoriously low, and underemployment approaches levels not seen in decades. A significant proportion of young adults contend with crushing student loan debts, which, akin to the economic struggles of the 1930s, threaten to perpetuate cycles of poverty. The older generation, who might remember a different economic landscape, may find it difficult to relate to the financial strains that Millennials and Gen Z are grappling with. However, it is essential to recognize that these younger generations are experiencing their own version of economic hardship, with unique nuances and consequences. The Greatest Generation was confronted with a world at war, where the survival of society itself hung in the balance. They answered the call to duty with unwavering commitment and sacrifice, earning their moniker as the "Greatest Generation." In contrast, the Millennials and Gen Z are not grappling with a world war in the traditional sense. Nevertheless, they face a different kind of global conflict. The challenges posed by climate change, social inequality, and a rapidly changing technological landscape are no less existential. These issues demand immediate attention and a sense of responsibility akin to the one shouldered by the Greatest Generation. The fight against climate change is a pressing example; it requires a paradigm shift in global consciousness and policies. The older generation must acknowledge that these younger cohorts are responding to a different form of societal crisis, equally worthy of the label "rendezvous with destiny." Issues of inter-generational equity are not limited to financial matters. They encompass a range of concerns, from healthcare and education to the tax system and social justice. The older generation often benefitted from more affordable healthcare and insurance systems, while Millennials and Gen Z are navigating a healthcare landscape characterized by soaring costs. The tax structure and income inequality they face can perpetuate a sense of injustice and inequality. Buckminster Fuller's notion that "our children are our elders in universe time" highlights the growing understanding that younger generations have their own unique insights and priorities. The call for change and equity is not a rejection of the older generation's values but an expression of evolving needs and perspectives. The intergenerational gap is often exemplified by differences in communication preferences. As the older generation, it's common to desire that the younger generation would "do it" their way. The debate over phone calls versus text messages is a microcosm of this divide. When the older generation was young, writing letters was the preferred mode of communication, while younger individuals gravitated toward the telephone. Today, the roles have reversed. Millennials and Gen Z prefer texting and other digital means of communication, while older generations often lament that the younger generation doesn't "pick up the phone." This shift represents more than just a preference; it reflects the profound changes in communication technology and habits. Understanding and accepting these changes are critical to bridging the generational divide. The Millennials and Gen Z are undeniably navigating their own rendezvous with destiny, a destiny characterized by economic struggles, societal challenges, and a unique perspective on inter-generational equity. The parallels with the Greatest Generation of the 1930s are uncanny, even if the specifics differ. Recognizing and acknowledging these parallels is essential for fostering understanding and cooperation across generational lines. Rather than wishing that the younger generation would "do it" the older generation's way, it is crucial to appreciate the strength and determination displayed by Millennials and Gen Z as we face our own set of challenges. Just as the Greatest Generation responded to their call to duty with grace, the younger generation today is answering the call to address complex global issues. In this light, they too may earn their place as the "Greatest Generation 2.0." As society evolves, it is our collective responsibility to embrace the wisdom that "our children are our elders in universe time" and to support these emerging leaders as they navigate their rendezvous with destiny.

My mother never called a mechanic or a plumber but commissioned me at a young age to fix everything, calling me the "fixer". As I grew, my friends introduced me to computer science, leading me to try to comprehend everything about it. I grew up in Chicago which was very different from my background but I kept trying to understand the components of computers and how they could change people's lives. I have many relatives and friends, and each didn't know much about technology, creating an opportunity for me. I took the time and operated on my family's laptops with my brother; I tried to understand how their computers became so imperceptive and wanted to comprehend it. And to our surprise, we fixed some, this changed the perspective of everyone around me; it created for me the pathway to grow, and sparked my parents' curiosity to continue pushing me. Due to that, people I knew started giving me the opportunities to fix their devices this led me to improve my coding and familiarity with technology. Fintech is quite interesting when it comes to mobile wallets my first love in the science field was Bitcoin which was very important to me. 9 years, 6 months, and 29 days ago Before anyone know about the crypto boom I knew! I was in love with cryptocurrency and so were my friends we often discussed mining machines and how we could obtain one. Mobile wallets in Fintech are very key to a good banking system this was always known to me and many industries. AI has completely changed the game with services providing and memorizing card information and storing it. Encrypted information has made it easier and more user-friendly for all platforms. Fintech is key to the success of any digital bank or financial service many companies that have launched in the retail market in the past decades have disappeared or filed for bankruptcy. But companies that continue to innovate and grow have reached new heights and have expanded their ideas and business throughout the globe. AI is growing no one knows what will happen with it or how it will be used, but using it and placing it into the world economy would surely benefit any Fintech company. Furthermore, I am enrolled at Georgia State University and am currently studying Computer Science. In the next three years, I hope that computer science can help me understand the philosophical features of a computer, and can push me further into S.T.E.M and Fintech (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). I think about how I could utilize hardware to change the lives of the less fortunate and the disabled, who may not be able to access computers, which people like me regard as a right but truly is a privilege. Winning this Scholarship would aid me in producing the Information God leads me to create that will truly change lives, change nations, and alter the world.

Winning this Scholarship would aid me in producing the Information God leads me to create that will truly change lives, change nations, and alter the world

Hello, My name is Joel Koomson I am African American but my family originates from West Africa. I grew up in a strict household with many expectations. My parents have many siblings eleven from my father's side and eight from my mother's. My father grew up taking himself to college and paying his own bills at sixteen years old.I was always reminded of this story and constantly pushed to do better since I am in America. Sometimes I was stressed about these expectations and how I can be better than my father and not bring shame to my family. Coming into high school wasn't easy I grew up in the suburbs of Illinois and wasn't accustomed to the racial Gap at my school. I knew something had to change and I looked at my twin brother he is older than me by 10 minutes. I looked at him I thought it was weird how he commanded so much respect. I tried to be assertive and change my demeanor I thought smiling less would give me respect.I was surprised to know teachers thought I was unhappy and was confronted by one I went home that day feeling pretty embarrassed and pathetic. I thought about who I am and what makes me special I thought about God existence and the Human race. A couple of years passed I am a Junior I came to know God; before I believed in God but didn't Keep his Commandments I found in having a True relationship with God my life changed. I went from having D's and C's to A's and B's my parents were confused about the change in me and were full of satisfaction and my siblings couldn't believe it. Through my transformation, I realized how people mourn and the way people are overlooked which created a purpose for me to go to College. That feeling stayed with me and completley transformed my thought proccess. I am decided to major in computer science and give my best effort when it comes to education. I often think about how I could utilize hardware to change the lives of the less fortunate and the disabled, who may not be able to access computers, which people like me regard as a right but truly a privilege. I Hope to run my own business and create opportunities for individuals like me I believe Entrepreneurship is about your dream and Goal and mines to create something that can outlast me for Generations to come.

My family comes from a large home like most Africans rigid, but good in the kitchen and strict to the bone. My parents are West African and love Ghana they often speak about how Jamaicans are Ghanaians who immigrated long ago. My father is an Ashanti and my Mother is Ga, which are small tribes in Ghana. My father's life was not anything effortless growing up in a household with eleven people and being the second oldest. He had to learn to survive, it wasn't straightforward growing up in a famine he discovered how life was and how to take control of the opportunities in front of him. He learned how to tend to people and how to trust that God would see him through. I am often notified of this story of how he came to America at 18 and how "You must not fail us!" like most children; I often got discouraged thinking "how I can top that". I used to be miserable going to school being one of the few African-Americans in my school wasn't easy. The Midwest was tough and I had to learn how to be independent I often thought of way's not to go to school and stay home. Eventually, my mother talked to me and was disappointed she expressed how education was substantial and me not going affects her image to people. After hearing that I gave in I found out I like basketball and pursued It I found buddies, Peers, and people who accepted me for who I am. And developed a love for the motherland, growing up in a first-generation immigrant home isn't easy but understanding how I came to this country changed my perception and gave me the motivation to go to college and attend Georgia State University.

My Great Grandfather was a very honorable Man he was a principal, Husband, and a veteran he fought in world war two and was an active speaker against war. He came from a small nation called Ghana (located in West Africa). Currently, I am at home and studying online. I am majoring in computer science and hope to learn more about Computer Science and software engineering, as I transfer to a 4-year program. Books are memorable and adventurous I believe books can offer eye-opening experiences and change your perspective on life. I love reading religious books and adventurous ones I was opportune to read Hatchet( made by Gary Paulsen), which was inspired by a young boy lost in the wild it was read to me in my 5th-grade class, I was intrigued and took another step to read it to myself and continue the series. As I grew I fell in love with reading the Bible it captivated me with the adventure of hatchet but the faith of a Christian. I explored books about faith perseverance and destiny, I Believe in reading the Bible changed my perspective on the way I looked at life every step I take had more purpose and everything I accomplish means more. In Books, we have our Main charter's side charters and villains typically in Christianity our Main character is Jesus Christ our side charters are his prophets, priests, and disciples and our Greatest villain is Satan. Whether you believe in God or not it relates to people that we fight our villains and our friends are our companions in our life story. I believe that the people who wrote the bible didn't think of it as a book but the words of God impacting them. Every day I think about faith and how it can change the world I believe that impacting others can change families and nations. Reading the bible changes everything I do when I need help or am confused I read the scripture Matthew 7:7-8-“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. At the end of life, I believe we will all meet God and find out everything we have done but I believe the greatest thing about the bible is its relation to the world. Everything written and spoken is able to be seen in the forests, birds, and surrounding countries. For me winning the scholarship would save money and make my Dream a reality and finally visit Isreal! Thank you for taking the time to read this, through writing this essay I learned History means His-story I hope my story will be significant Happy New Year!

Due to that, many people I knew started giving me the opportunities to fix their devices when it came to inoperable computers and virus-infected laptops. It created a way to improve my craft and familiarity with technology. It was an extraordinary situation, and it pushed me significantly and made me who I am today. From that experience, I started to examine computer science. I saw how it was an excellent occupation that used a combination of computer science, software engineering, and a lot of mathematics and social skills. The more I researched this career, the more I wanted to go to college for computer science. Furthermore, I enrolled at Georgia State University and began my education. In the next three years, I hope that computer science can help me understand the philosophical features of a computer and can push me further into S.T.E.M (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). I think about how I could utilize hardware to change the lives of the less fortunate and the disabled, who may not be able to access computers, which people like me regard as a right but truly is a privilege.

Hello, My name is Joel koomson; I am a student at Georgia State University, Perimeter College, majoring in Computer Science. Currently, I am at home and studying online. I am majoring in computer science and hope to learn more about Computer Science and software engineering, as I transfer to a 4-year program. Computer Science is a Broad field and provides many opportunities; It can change economies and a country's development with a simple invention. And I expect once I graduate, I will have the chance to be independent and find some industry I can run. As Computer Science is growing and the demand for engineers increases, it provides chances for individuals like me and demonstrates the lucrative area in Computer Science. As a child, I was drawn to the specs of computers and wanted to understand how to disassemble and reconstruct a computer. Correspondingly, it led me to pursue any form of engineering to gain more knowledge. My mother never called a mechanic or a plumber but commissioned me at a young age to fix everything, calling me the "fixer". As I grew, my friends introduced me to computer science, leading me to try comprehending everything about it. I kept trying to understand the components of computers and how they could change people's lives. I have many relatives and friends, and each didn't know much about technology, creating an opportunity for me. Books are memorable and adventurous I believe books can offer eye-opening experiences and change your perspective on life. I love reading religious books and adventurous ones. I was opportune to read Hatchet( made by Gary Paulsen), which was inspired by a young boy lost in the wild it was read to me in my 5th-grade class, I was intrigued and took another step to read it to myself and continue the series. As I grew I fell in love with reading the Bible it captivated me with the adventure of hatchet but the faith of a Christian. I explored books about faith perseverance and destiny, when I was 15 my father gave me a book named God's Generals: Why They Succeeded and Why Some Failed. I read this book and was astonished at how women and men of God overcame racism, Sexism, and Life in General in the 1700's and 1800's. This book influenced me greatly due to the demanding times of my senior year, I was stressed and anguished about how my grades were but the biographies of these people gave me their faith. I pushed myself to attend any college in hopes of a better future and believed that Grace would get me through. With any scholarship, I believe it will give me the chance to read more books and develop a deeper relationship with God. I Recommend this book to any human whether you believe in God or not I truly believe it will benefit you positively.

I took the time and operated on my family's laptops with my brother; I tried to understand how their computers became so slow and wanted to understand. And to our surprise, we fixed some, which made everyone around me know that I was good at repairing computers, which sparked my parents' curiosity to continue pushing me. Due to that, many people I knew started giving me the opportunities to fix their devices when it came to inoperable computers and virus-infected laptops. It created a way to improve my craft and familiarity with technology. It was an extraordinary situation, and it pushed me significantly. Hello, My name is Joel koomson I love philanthropies and have always desired to establish my philanthropic organization, but due to my age and needing a career, I have to wait till I get a degree.; I am a student at Georgia State University, Perimeter College, majoring in Computer Science. Currently, I am at home and studying online. I hope to learn more about Computer Science and software engineering, as I transfer to a 4-year program. College is the higher form of education every person is acquainted with attaining; it can bring money and stability to a indivual and create generational wealth. Most people driving exotic cars and living in admirable houses have attended some form of higher education. I have always wanted to go to a four-year college, and going to Georgia state for computer science is ideal for me. My mother never called a mechanic or a plumber but commissioned me at a young age to fix everything, calling me the "fixer". As I grew, my friends introduced me to computer science, leading me to try comprehending everything about it. When I entered highschool, I desired to build a company and establish a business. I believed researching more about computer science would help increase my odds. And to my surprise, It did; understanding how programming worked assisted me. I intend to build my resume to start an organization or a company that can help individuals and establish a relationship between corporations and institutes to help the less fortunate. For example, a scholarship program made by TB Joshua, a late prophet, founded The SCOAN (synagogue church of all nations) under the bridge that links Ejigbo and Egbe in Lagos State, with just a few members. And created the TB Joshua foundation, which has become one of the best foundations in Africa; it has become a beacon of light in Nigeria and numerous impoverished countries worldwide. Corporations and monopolies can change the world, but love can alter nations; a quote from Tb Joshua is, "let love lead" that's my basis in life; I hope that I will continue in my "love walk" and witness the creation of something faith has formed out of discipline, hard work, and care. I aim to inspire children and individuals who aren't found in practical situations or have been left wanting. Creating an environment of serenity and compassion can make people see what they are worth. I want to be responsible enough to assist others in any situation or circumstance. Proceeding to a University can make me reliable enough to handle any problem as an independent computer scientist.
