With over a decade of experience in education, I am currently pursuing a doctorate in Education Leadership and hold a Master of Arts in Special Education, along with multiple teaching and administration certifications. I am passionate about advocating for students and families while enhancing student achievement, behavior, and engagement through MTSS, RTI, and PBIS approaches. In addition to implementing these methodologies, I train and coach educators and clients in their effective application. My expertise also includes virtual learning, curriculum development, and data analysis, and I have served as a special education consultant, department chair, and am currently a district Behavior Specialist. Collaboration is at the heart of my work. I thrive in partnering with diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients, and I value effective communication across a variety of contexts. I am recognized for innovative work in educational program development and curriculum design and remain committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments where all students can succeed. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my sorority sisters and family, and exploring new foods.

Through my leadership roles—whether serving as a chapter officer, organizing Founders’ Day programs, or supporting student achievement through MTSS, RTI, and PBIS initiatives—I have witnessed the power of collaboration and sisterhood in creating opportunities for growth.
