My goal is to graduate and obtain my high school diploma so I can attend City College and earn a bachelor's degree in child development. Earning this diploma from City College would give me the advantage of getting a better job, supporting my family, and providing a better future for my son. Furthermore, I will be a mother and have the experience to provide that education and teach children better. The career I am interested in is early childhood development. I like this career because I love children and working with them, and being a mother would be wonderful for me because caring for children means not only educating them but also giving them love, affection, and treating them properly. What motivates me to continue my education is my son and my family because I feel I must strive every day to give my son the best and secure his future. Having the opportunity to continue my education as a mother is a great opportunity for me, as education is very important to me. Being a mother and having the opportunity to continue my education is one of my main goals, as being a mother and continuing my education is very difficult, but I have faith that all this effort I make will lead to something better. The skill I would like to develop is the ability to achieve my goals as a mother, because I know the process won't be easy. I have to deal with many things, such as stress and exhaustion; everything in my life will change. City College will give me more experience. I will learn to develop my skills and feel capable of achieving great things and building a better future as a mother. Studying child development will better prepare me, giving me an advantage and experience to improve my skills. My personal growth is centered on my future goals. I believe I am capable of achieving every goal or step I take, and I must continue this process in my life to make my parents and my child proud. I believe that continuing my education will be of great help to me, since having a high school diploma and a City College diploma will give me a great advantage and open doors to getting a better job and taking better care of my children. Continuing my education has provided me with many opportunities to have more advantages in the future. My academic goal is child development. I want to take this course because I will be a mother, and it will provide me with more opportunities, since child development requires a lot of experience. My due date is March 16, 2026; I'm having a child. This will help me a lot with my studies and will allow me to buy food and other things for my baby.
