I've spent over 20 years in Human Resources helping people grow, find purpose, and feel valued in their work. Earning my SPHR certification was an important step in my career, but what truly drives me is understanding people on a deeper level. That's why I'm now pursuing a degree in Psychology - to strengthen the connection between people and purpose and to keep learning how to make workplaces more human. For me, education isn't just about career advancement; it's about growth, empathy, and creating positive change wherever I go.
