As a military brat, I have first-hand experience exploring different cultures. Doing so, allows us to diversify our abilities. A lot of us grow up with 2D perceptions of the world. Embracing other cultures allows us to expand our beliefs and try new things! For example, when I moved to Germany, I learned how valuable recycling is. There are four bins here, one for trash, one for biodegradables, one for clean recycling, and one for dirty recycling. It is unique, my family never worried about recycling when we lived in the States. But this move has allowed us to adopt a new habit. Additionally, it allows us to challenge our own beliefs. I come from the country where most people aspire to work right after high school. However, here there is a lot of diversity in what people want to do. Many students value education more and want to go to big colleges. This challenged what I believed and I aspire to go to college to study international relations now. I believe the United States is the hub of all international relations, all countries revolve around our actions. Global exploration determines the future of our country. From finding new deposits of material to exploring new depths of the ocean. These materials shape our economy and allow for the growth of our country. Some other benefits of global exploration include improved health care, as astronauts are in space, scientific experiments are performed on them to help find solutions to illness and diseases. The absence of gravity in space allows us to monitor things such as the heart pumping blood. We are also granted the benefit of day-to-day life in the United States. We have satellites that track the weather, as well as give us GPS. We rely on satellites that allow us to communicate with each other from all over the world. Satellites play a large role in the day-to-day lives of Americans and this all stems from global exploration. Furthermore, the safety of Americans is in the hands of satellites, from the ability to track our enemies to enhancing the ability of emergency support. We rely on these in combat times in fact, more than 40% are used for military applications. Finally, the amount of jobs that are created from global exploration is a big factor. Americans have been provided with jobs such as working with satellites, to researching new areas of the world. Jobs that were not available prior to the discovery of new parts of the world. The exploration of the world depicts our future and is the precipise of advancements made in our country.
