What is my greatest inspiration in life? That is a tough question to answer for most people to answer, many would reply their fathers or mothers. I'm a bit different in my way of thinking. The thing in my life that inspires me the most is the thought of how I can provide for my future family so that they wont have to struggle with paying for college. I want to be able to achieve my degree and get a good job so that I can help my kids go to college without the stress I feel of having to pay for it out of my own pocket. If I can receive this scholarship it will change how I look at the world as a kid who hasn't really received anything like this before. I would use it as a basis for the future I wish to give to my family. I am driven by the ideas that I will be able to succeed and save my children from struggling and fighting for pennies. I want to be able to say that I am a man and that I can provide for a family. I want to work hard to achieve my dream and I am currently doing that but at times I struggle with it and worrying about money. I dont want that for my children.

What does being an American mean to me? Being an American i think is one of the greatest privilege's you can have. We have all the freedoms that we want and can say what we please. We have every basic human right protected under our constitution. Being an American means that you should stand up against any injustice against our freedoms and should enjoy these privilege's as a free human. As an American we should stand for whats right and help others when needed. We should stand together under God and show our patriotism for the world to see. Being an American is a great amazing thing and should be appreciated. As an American we have an obligation to show our support for our soldiers who protect every freedom and right we have. I believe that being an American means being a true patriot willing to help those in need and stand up against tyranny.

Why is it important for people to be involved with their community? I think this is a very simple yet broad question. To me people should be involved in their community for a multitude of reasons. To begin, i think the main reason for people to be involved with their community is because its the right thing to do from a ethical standpoint as well as a religious. The lord says to help all neighbors and people as if though they were your family and no matter what help guide them to the light. I think that if you help your community at the end of the day not only will you have bettered yourself you will have also helped strengthen your community and their thoughts about helping as well. I have helped my community in many ways. I would often volunteer and help give food and gifts to the community. During Christmas time i would donate present to pick a star and help deliver them. I also helped at the school with trash and different things. In my future i plan to donate money to community projects and the school so that i cant help kids better their education and gain leadership through extra curricular activities.

Hi, my name is Jaxon Few! I am a student at Oklahoma State University institute of Technology. I am in Instrumentation engineering which is a bachelors program. I have grown up on a cattle ranch my entire life and have handled and worked cattle a lot. I love working cattle and getting a hands on experience. I hope to one day be able to give my family everything they could want. I hope to one day own at the start a 250 acre ranch and run about 100 cattle on it. I chose this degree because i have always enjoyed hands on work and really find this work interesting. I hope that the money i make in this degree and as an I&E Technician will pay for this as well as other nice things so that i can provide a great life for family. My ultimate goal however is just to have a family and be able to provide for them. When i go on internship i will go anywhere it takes to make enough money to save and be able to provide for a family one day.
