I am an incoming graduate student who graduated from Northwestern University. During my time as an undergraduate, I have accumulated academic and volunteering honors while engaging in public health initiatives in Chicago.
I am interested in accessible healthcare to all regardless of their backgrounds, education equity, and preventative medicine. Therefore, I am always looking for ways to increase my knowledge in these topics and as such have pursued research and general educational opportunities to do so.
As I am pursuing the next step in my educational journey, graduate school, I am hoping to alleviate the financial burden of the high cost of attendance. As a first-generation and low-income student, I want to make sure that I can have the ability to accomplish this dream while doing my part to support others who also share that mission.
