I am a former United States Army Combat Medic who discovered my love of animal medicine during my military service, and decided to pursue it afterwards. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA, and currently attend the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. My goal is to specialize in aquatic animal medicine and work for a public aquarium within the AAZA network. There I will be able to provide quality care to the animals I love, contribute to conservation efforts, perform research, and help to engage and inform the public.
