I am a Bachelor of Science student majoring in Health Education with a concentration in Exercise Science, focused on exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, and athletic performance. I am pursuing advanced training with the goal of earning a PhD and working in high-level sports performance environments. Long term, I aim to lead and develop integrated athletic performance facilities that combine training, therapy, and applied sport science to support athletes across multiple sports.
