Bio

Hello! My name is Jaelyn Rooplal and I am a Trinidadian-American student currently attending the University of North Florida and I am majoring in Nursing with a minor in International Studies. I am also a sister of alpha Kappa Delta Phi, and involved in various cultural and career oriented clubs on campus. I hope to work as a traveling labor and delivery nurse after college. My ultimate career goal is to graduate with my doctorate degree and work as an OB/GYN specializing in maternal fetal medicine. I have special interests in video game play, design and development. I love to cook and bake, and I am always up for a new recipe to try! Creative writing and blogging also occupy my free time. I would love to study abroad during college to expand my knowledge and love for our world's colorful variety of culture.
