I have always been a big dreamer and every time I dream I know they will come true one day. In the future I want my own platform to show my art across the world. I want to continue my education as an artist to be better, get better and, strive to be better. Ever sense I was young I have only had one dream in my life time. That was to become a video game designer. I know it must sound silly I get that all the time , but it’s not silly to me. I know that I will accomplish anything I put my mind to ,and throughout my 18 years of living this dream, this goal I have I’ve never quivered or broken myself to give up on such a task. And I will never give up. I’ll prove to not only you ,but to the world that you can make it with only one dream. Like my mom always says “you only need one yes”.

Living in a POC house hold all you hear around you are wise words and phrases that you might use as you get older. But the important part is that you learn from them right? When I was growing up the person I would go to when I needed help would be my father. He had stories to tell about his life, and who am I to silence him? My father went on and on about how he was raised and what helped him, but there was one phrase that really stuck with me . Well they all did, but this one specifically just took the cake. It was on a rainy day too and I felt like I was at my lowest. We were sitting outside on the porch; where I was expressing to him what was going on with me and how I felt, and this is what he had to say. “If you feel like this is your lowest and you can’t go any lower? Then there is only one direction you can go form here on out. And that’s up”. Those words alone really blessed me. Now I’m going full speed to conquer my dreams and even surpass them. It is all thanks to him, thank you dad.

Ever sense I was a child I’ve had to deal with a lot of heart ache. I won’t go into detail about it , but I never considered the negative to be a burden. I have always seen the positive in things because that’s all I had to hold on. To stay positive. Any little thing that was ever done for me I was grateful because I know In the end that people didn’t have to provide for me. My parents didn’t have to put food on the table, cloths on my back. My parents didn’t have to get up early every day to keep a roof over my head. But they did. I am grateful for any, and everything that my parents or any body has done for me. People don’t understand how you can start from the complete bottom with a positive attitude, and that’s exactly who I am. My parents, friends, and loved ones have all worked extremely hard to help me. There is one thing I would like to say to all that has supported me through thick and thin. That is. I love you.
