I'm studying creative writing because I like to express and tell stories to anyone that would like to listen to them. I was inspired by my brother with his writing, to get into creative writing. My grammar and writing wasn't very good when I first started. While still improving I’ve come a long way. A silly, but important tip my brother shared with me was, remember to save your work frequently when working on the computer. He also said it would make my writing more legible to all readers. When I first started writing I did it on paper, and my work would be unreadable when I finished writing my stories. I finally decided to switch my writing style to digital since my progress would be alot easier and my stories can be more readable than when I did it on paper. I hate to admit, but my big brother was right. When I first started writing I normally began writing fan-fiction in my free time at home, which was inspired by a ton of media that I enjoyed such as video games and anime. I’ve experimented with different types of writing since then, but fan-fiction writing holds a special place in my heart. My ultimate goal is to be a full-time story writer and scriptwriter one day. I would love to try to get one of my stories pitched for an actual real project. The thought of seeing my work on the big screen or being played in a video game sounds so awesome and I know I can do it. I have a lot to learn when it comes to writing and storytelling, but I am currently taking classes in college to learn.Thus far, I’ve learned quite a bit. My wish is that my writing and vision will make an impact on future young writers and inspire them to keep the creative writing energy flowing. To push the envelope of different thinking and try to master painting in words. I’ve got much to learn with writing and learning to express myself in words on paper in the purest form, but I welcome the adventure. As we look back in history, all the past stories were writing down were made by intellectual writers that made fine literature for creative writing. I will be one of the best intellectual writers in this generation, and some future writers will aspire to be me one day.
