I graduated from Raven Homeschool Fairbanks in 2023 with Presidential Gold Honors and as a member of the National Honor Society. I have been actively involved in soccer, playing for the Eclipse Club in Fairbanks from 2018 to 2023, the UPSL Fairbanks women's team since 2021, and the West Valley Girls Varsity Team from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, I have coaching experience with boys and girls aged 4 to 14. My goal is to inspire young soccer players to keep pushing forward, regardless of the challenges they face. I am also the student manager for the UAF women's basketball team, which allows me to gain valuable experience in sports management. Attending UAF is a step towards achieving my dream career in this field. The financial aspect of university is challenging, but I plan to manage it through scholarships and hard work, just as my mother did.

    Bick First Generation Scholarship
Being a first-generation college student means carrying both pride and pressure. It often feels like everything is on my shoulders. I am not only working toward my own future, but also trying to set an example for my younger sister and honor the sacrifices my mom made for us. I was born in Bangkok, Thailand, and moved to Alaska in 2010 with my mom and sister so she could give us a better future. Growing up, I watched my mom work multiple jobs just to make sure we had food on the table and money for school lunches. Seeing her struggle and persevere taught me resilience early on and showed me how powerful education can be, even when the path to it is difficult. As a first-generation, low-income student, I have faced challenges that go far beyond academics. I work full time to support myself and cover rent, food, transportation, and school expenses. Even with full-time work, there have been times when money was so tight that I went without proper meals just to pay my bills. Balancing financial stress with school has been overwhelming at times, and it can feel isolating when there is no one at home who has gone through college before. Still, I continue to push forward and currently maintain a 4.0 GPA while participating in the Honors Program at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. I know my younger sister is watching, and that motivates me to keep going even when I am exhausted or discouraged. What drives me is the belief that my success can open doors not just for me, but for my family. I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in sports management because sports gave me structure, confidence, and a sense of belonging when resources were limited. I have learned to take every opportunity I am given, whether through academics, work, or mentoring youth athletes. This scholarship would help relieve some of the financial pressure that often pulls my focus away from my studies. More importantly, it would help me continue my journey with stability and purpose. I am determined to finish my degree, support my family, be a strong role model for my sister, and prove that perseverance and opportunity can change the course of a life.
    Lotus Scholarship
Growing up in a low-income household with a single parent taught me perseverance at a very young age. My mom raised my sister and me on her own, often working multiple jobs just to make sure we had what we needed. Watching her sacrifice so much showed me the importance of resilience and responsibility. From a young age, I learned that I needed to take any opportunity I was given, no matter how small, because opportunities were never guaranteed. I also did not have much money for sports growing up, which made participating difficult at times. Despite that, the people I bonded with through sports—teammates, coaches, and mentors—were there for me and made me feel supported. Those relationships meant a lot to me and showed me that sports are about more than money or equipment; they are about community, encouragement, and belonging. That support is a big reason why I want to give back. Today, I am actively working toward my goals by pursuing my college degree while working full time to support myself financially. Balancing school, work, and expenses has been challenging, but it has pushed me to stay focused and motivated. I continue to take every opportunity I can to grow, learn, and gain experience. I plan to use my life experiences to make a positive impact by mentoring youth athletes, especially those who may not have many resources. I want to be the person who shows up for them, just like others showed up for me, and help them believe in themselves and their future.

René Descartes, Discourse on the Method (1637) “Common sense is the most fairly distributed thing in the world, for each one thinks he is so well-endowed with it that even those who are hardest to satisfy in all other matters are not in the habit of desiring more of it than they already have.” In this opening sentence of Discourse on the Method, René Descartes uses irony to show that people tend to overestimate their own thinking abilities, arguing that true learning begins only when individuals question their judgment instead of assuming they already think correctly. At first glance, Descartes’ statement appears simple and almost humorous. He claims that common sense is evenly distributed because everyone believes they have enough of it. On the surface, this sounds like a compliment to human reasoning. However, the deeper meaning of this sentence is critical rather than flattering. Descartes is not arguing that people truly possess equal reasoning skills, but that they believe they do. This belief, he suggests, is the root of many intellectual problems. The phrase “each one thinks he is so well-endowed with it” is essential to understanding Descartes’ point. The emphasis is on thinking rather than being. Descartes is highlighting the gap between confidence and reality. People trust their own judgment because it feels natural and familiar, not because it has been carefully examined. This confidence creates an illusion of competence, making individuals less likely to question their beliefs or recognize their mistakes. Descartes deepens this idea by comparing common sense to other aspects of life. He observes that even people who are dissatisfied with wealth, success, or comfort rarely feel dissatisfied with their own reasoning. This contrast is intentional. Dissatisfaction usually leads people to improve, but satisfaction with one’s thinking leads to stagnation. The underlying meaning here is that intellectual growth requires discomfort. If people never doubt their judgment, they never refine it. Rather than directly accusing people of poor reasoning, Descartes uses irony to make his argument more effective. By presenting common sense as something everyone believes they already have, he allows readers to recognize themselves in the statement. This subtle approach invites reflection instead of defensiveness. Descartes is not attacking intelligence itself, but the assumption that intelligence does not need discipline or structure. This sentence also introduces Descartes’ broader philosophical project. Discourse on the Method is not about collecting facts, but about learning how to think properly. Descartes believed that reasoning is a skill that must be practiced deliberately. Common sense, when left unexamined, relies on habit, tradition, and instinct. Descartes argues that these are unreliable foundations for knowledge. Without method, even confident thinkers fall into error. The passage closely connects to the practice of close reading. Close reading requires slowing down, questioning assumptions, and paying attention to how language shapes meaning. Descartes’ critique of common sense mirrors this process. He challenges readers to stop trusting their first impressions and instead examine ideas carefully. The sentence itself models this challenge by appearing simple while containing a deeper argument beneath the surface. Another important aspect of the paragraph is Descartes’ inclusive language. By saying “each one,” he places himself among those who assume they reason well. This choice reflects intellectual humility. Descartes does not present himself as superior, but as equally subject to error. This reinforces his belief that everyone must question their thinking, not just students or the uneducated. Ultimately, the deeper meaning of this sentence is that confidence is not the same as understanding. Descartes argues that the greatest obstacle to learning is not ignorance, but the belief that one already knows enough. True education begins with doubt, reflection, and discipline. By exposing the false comfort people find in their own judgment, Descartes encourages readers to adopt a mindset of humility and careful thought. Through close reading, it becomes clear that this paragraph is not truly about common sense at all. It is about responsibility—the responsibility to examine one’s reasoning and to approach knowledge with patience and intention. Descartes’ message remains relevant because learning is not about confirming what feels right, but about challenging it. In this way, the paragraph captures the core purpose of higher education and the value of close reading itself.
    The F.O.O. Scholarship
In 2010, my mom decided to move my sister and me from Bangkok, Thailand, to Alaska in hopes of giving us a better future. Leaving everything behind was difficult, but it was a sacrifice rooted in love, courage, and belief in opportunity. When we were younger, my mom worked three jobs to support us, to make sure we had money for lunch and basic needs. Watching her work so hard shaped my understanding of perseverance and responsibility. Adjusting to life in a new country came with challenges. Being bullied for my skin color and for being from a different country deeply affected me and often made me feel isolated. Those experiences, however, helped build resilience and determination that guide me today. I am now a first-generation college student from a low-income background pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on sports management. I work full-time and receive no financial support from my parents toward my education. I support myself by paying for rent, food, gas, and school expenses. Even working full-time does not cover my living and educational costs, and it has been difficult to stay focused on my studies while managing financial stress. There was a period when finances were so tight that I went without proper meals to pay my bills. That experience strengthened my commitment to finishing my degree and building stability. Despite these challenges, I currently maintain a 4.0 GPA. Sports have been a source of strength in my life. Soccer gave me confidence and belonging, and later coaching middle school boys’ and girls’ soccer allowed me to support kids during an important stage of development. My goal is to work in sports management, give back through youth sports, and make my mom proud of everything she sacrificed to give me this opportunity.
    Jimmie “DC” Sullivan Memorial Scholarship
I am a first-generation college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on sports management. Alongside my education, I work full time and support myself financially by covering my own rent, food, transportation, and school expenses. Balancing work, school, and personal responsibilities has required discipline and consistency, qualities that were first developed through my involvement in sports. Athletics have played a major role in shaping who I am, both as a student and as a member of my community. I was born in Bangkok, Thailand, and moved to Alaska at a young age. I lived in Utqiaġvik for about two years before settling in Fairbanks, where I have lived for most of my life. Growing up in different environments taught me adaptability and resilience early on. During those transitions, sports became a constant source of structure and belonging. Soccer, in particular, taught me discipline, teamwork, and time management—skills that continue to guide me today. My involvement in sports goes beyond being an athlete. I have coached middle school soccer for both boys and girls, and that experience had a lasting impact on me. Working with middle school athletes showed me how important youth sports are during such a major stage of development. Middle school is a time when kids are learning who they are, dealing with new emotions, and adjusting to changes socially and mentally. As a coach, I loved getting to know their different personalities, mindsets, and emotions, and learning how to support them not just as athletes, but as individuals. Teaching skills, encouraging effort, and helping them build confidence allowed me to see how much influence a positive coach can have during this critical stage of life. I also had the opportunity to work with the UAF women’s basketball team for one season, which gave me experience in a more structured and competitive environment. Supporting college athletes helped me better understand the level of dedication, preparation, and teamwork required behind the scenes. That experience allowed me to develop new skills and confirmed my interest in sports management as a career path. I plan to make a positive impact in my community by continuing to work with youth sports programs through coaching, mentoring, and supporting athletic organizations. I want to be someone young athletes can rely on for guidance, encouragement, and consistency, especially during important developmental years like middle school. By creating positive and supportive environments, I hope to help kids build confidence, learn teamwork, and develop life skills that extend beyond sports.
    Kalia D. Davis Memorial Scholarship
I am a first-generation college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on sports management. I work full time while attending school and receive no financial support from my parents toward my education. I fully support myself by covering my own rent, food, gas, and educational expenses. Balancing full-time work with academics has been challenging, and there are times when the demands of both have pulled my focus in different directions. Even so, I remain committed to my education and currently maintain a 4.0 GPA. My academic journey reflects my determination to continue moving forward, even when the path is difficult. I was born in Bangkok, Thailand, and moved to Alaska at a young age. I lived in Utqiaġvik for about two years before settling in Fairbanks, where I have lived for approximately 16 years. Growing up in different environments taught me adaptability, independence, and resilience early in life. During periods of change and uncertainty, sports became a steady and motivating part of my life. Soccer gave me structure, discipline, and a sense of belonging, and it helped shape the work ethic I carry into everything I do today. My passion for sports extends beyond being an athlete. I have coached soccer in the past, and those experiences left a lasting impression on me. I enjoyed being present for young athletes—teaching them new skills, encouraging them through challenges, and watching their confidence grow. Seeing kids smile, laugh, and feel proud when they learned something new showed me the powerful impact that support and mentorship can have. These moments helped shape my desire to work in sports in a meaningful way. I also had the opportunity to work with the UAF women’s basketball team for one season, which further confirmed my career path. Working with athletes at a higher and more professional level allowed me to develop new skills and gain insight into the dedication and teamwork required behind the scenes. Being part of a structured, competitive environment showed me how much I value supporting athletes and contributing to a team’s success beyond the spotlight. I chose sports management because I want to grow alongside athletes and teams, just as I was supported when I was younger. I want to be someone athletes can rely on for consistency, encouragement, and understanding. I also hope to be a positive role model for younger athletes—someone they can look up to, learn from, and feel supported by as they develop both on and off the field. Being selected as a finalist for this scholarship in the past reinforced my motivation to continue striving for excellence and confirmed my belief in the value of persistence. This scholarship would support my continued progress as I work toward completing my degree while balancing full-time responsibilities. It would allow me to remain focused on my academic and professional development as I prepare for a career centered on service, leadership, and impact. Through my future work, I aim to give back to the sports community by mentoring young athletes and helping create positive environments where they feel encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed—carrying forward the values of dedication, kindness, and excellence that this scholarship represents.

    Sangha Support Scholarship
Growing up in Thailand, a country deeply rooted in Buddhism, I was submerged in the faith from a young age. From the temples that dot the landscape to the morning prayers before school, Buddhism was an essential part of my daily life. This upbringing instilled in me core values such as kindness, generosity, and calmness- values taught by my mother, a devout Buddhist. Even after moving to the United States, my family and I have maintained our Buddhist practices. At home, we have a shrine decorated with statues of Buddha and elephants, the latter symbolizing Thailand's national animal. My mother also hangs a small Buddha necklace around the rearview mirror in our car as a symbol of protection while driving. This constant appearance of Buddhist symbols serves as a daily reminder of our faith and values. The principles of Buddhism have shaped my personal development and my aspirations for the future. They have taught me to approach life with compassion, mindfulness, and a sense of responsibility towards others. These qualities are relevant to my chosen field of sports management, where ethical behavior and respect are most important. Buddhism's emphasis on perseverance and inner strength has also influenced my dedication to my studies and my career goals. My decision to pursue a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Sports Management comes from my passion for sports and my desire to help athletes achieve their full potential. I have played soccer and other sports throughout my life, and I have always admired the way coaches and managers support and guide their teams. By integrating Buddhist principles into my professional life, I hope to promote a culture of fairness, respect, and holistic development within the sports industry. Once I graduate, I hope to give back to my community by leveraging my education and Buddhist values to make a positive impact. I plan to involve myself in programs that support youth development through sports, where I can teach young athletes the importance of mental discipline, teamwork, and persistence- standards that are also central to Buddhist teachings. Additionally, I want to ensure that these programs are accessible to underprivileged children, providing them with opportunities to grow and succeed both on and off the field. In addition to working with youth sports programs, I aim to establish actions that promote mental health and well-being among athletes. Drawing from Buddhist practices such as mindfulness and meditation, I hope to create programs that help athletes manage stress, improve focus, and maintain a healthy balance between their sports and personal lives. By promoting an environment that prioritizes mental and emotional well-being, I believe I can contribute to the overall success and happiness of athletes. Moreover, aspire to be a model for other young people in my community, especially those from immigrant backgrounds. As an immigrant from Thailand, I understand the challenges of adapting to a new culture and the importance of maintaining one's heritage. Through my work and community involvement, I want to inspire others to embrace their cultural identities and pursue their dreams with confidence and determination. Ultimately, my relationship with Buddhism is not just a personal faith; it is a guiding outline for my life and career. By integrating the compassionate and ethical teachings of Buddhism into my professional endeavors, I aim to create an environment that nurtures true sportsmanship and holistic development. This, I believe, will allow me to give back to the community in a meaningful way continuing the cycle of kindness and generosity that my mother infused in me.

Future of S&C: Strength Coach Job Network Scholarship
In the dynamic landscape of sports and athletics, strength and conditioning are at the forefront of innovation and evolution. Over the next 5-10 years, this field is poised to undergo significant transformations driven by advancements in sports science and technology and an increased focus on holistic athlete development. As we look ahead, several key trends are likely to shape the future of strength and conditioning, and practitioners need to understand these trends and adapt their practices accordingly. One of the most prominent trends expected to drive the evolution of strength and conditioning is the rise of data-driven training methodologies. With the proliferation of wearable devices, biomechanical analysis tools, and athlete monitoring systems, coaches will have unprecedented access to data that can inform training programs and optimize performance. By leveraging data analytics, coaches can personalize training protocols, track athlete progress, and minimize the risk of injuries, ultimately leading to enhanced athletic performance. In addition to data-driven approaches, the integration of technology is set to revolutionize the way strength and conditioning are conducted. Emerging technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence will enable coaches to create immersive training experiences, simulate game scenarios, and provide real-time feedback to athletes. These technological advancements will not only enhance the effectiveness of training programs but also make training more engaging and interactive for athletes. Another critical trend in the evolution of strength and conditioning is the growing emphasis on injury prevention. Coaches will increasingly prioritize strategies aimed at mitigating the risk of injuries through prehabilitation exercises, movement screening protocols, and biomechanical assessments. By focusing on injury prevention, coaches can ensure that athletes remain healthy and resilient, allowing them to perform at their best and prolong their athletic careers. Furthermore, there will be a shift toward a more holistic approach to athlete development, beyond physical conditioning, to encompass mental resilience, nutrition, sleep, and recovery strategies. Coaches will recognize the interconnectedness of these factors and strive to create comprehensive training environments that support athletes' overall well-being and long-term success. Lastly, the field of strength and conditioning is expected to become more inclusive and diverse, with a focus on catering to athletes from various backgrounds, genders, and abilities. Coaches will prioritize creating inclusive training environments that celebrate diversity, respect individual differences, and provide equal opportunities for all athletes to thrive. In light of these evolving trends, my plan to contribute to the future of strength and conditioning involves staying updated on the latest research and technologies, embracing emerging technologies and data analytics tools, prioritizing injury prevention strategies, taking a holistic approach to athlete development, and promoting inclusivity and diversity within the training environment. By actively contributing to these areas, I am committed to advancing the field of strength and conditioning, enhancing athlete performance, and promoting the overall well-being of athletes under my guidance. As we navigate the ever-changing landscape of sports and athletics, it is crucial to embrace innovation, adaptability, and a forward-thinking mindset to drive progress and achieve success in strength and conditioning.

As I take the first sip, I'm transported to a world of crisp air, falling leaves, and the cozy embrace of my favorite sweater. This drink is more than just a beverage; it's a sensory experience. The moment I see the barista meticulously drizzle the velvety pumpkin cream on top of the iced chai tea latte, I know I'm in for a treat. The vibrant orange hue of the cream against the dark chai tea is like a work of art, signaling that autumn has officially arrived. The flavor profile of the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte is a masterpiece of contrasts. The spicy warmth of the chai tea dances gracefully with the subtle sweetness of the pumpkin cream. Each sip is a journey through layers of cinnamon, cardamom, and clove, reminiscent of autumn spices used in baking. It's like indulging in a slice of pumpkin pie, but in liquid form, making it the perfect treat for those transitional days when it's not quite hot and not quite cold. What truly sets this drink apart is its versatility. It's equally delightful sipped slowly on a leisurely stroll through a park as it is savored during a cozy night in with a good book. Whether enjoyed as a pick-me-up on a busy workday or shared with friends during a crisp outdoor brunch, the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte seamlessly integrates into the narrative of fall. For me, this drink has become an integral part of my autumn traditions. It's the beverage I reach for when I carve pumpkins with friends, a companion during apple-picking adventures, and the backdrop to heartwarming conversations by the bonfire. It's the drink that elevates ordinary moments into cherished memories. Moreover, the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte represents a connection to nature and the changing seasons. As I sip, I'm reminded of the farmers' markets brimming with pumpkins, the orchards heavy with ripe apples, and the vibrant foliage that paints the landscape. It's a reminder to slow down, appreciate the beauty of fall, and savor the fleeting moments of this magical season. In conclusion, the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte is not just a fall-inspired drink; it's a character in my own fall narrative. It's a flavorful reminder of the simple joys and rich experiences that autumn brings. With each sip, it weaves itself into the tapestry of my fall memories, making this season all the more delightful and unforgettable.

Life's journey is a tapestry woven with experiences, dreams, and growth. My narrative began in the vibrant streets of Bangkok, Thailand, where I was born and raised. Little did I know that this journey would take me across continents to Fairbanks, Alaska, shaping my aspirations and igniting a passion that now drives me toward a future as an athletic trainer. The transition from the bustling city of Bangkok to the tranquil landscapes of Fairbanks was a pivotal moment in my life. With my mother, little sister, and stepfather by my side, we embarked on a new chapter together. Fairbanks, with its beauty and rugged wilderness, became my canvas for transformation. My interest in athletic training took root during my formative years, when sports and competition became a significant part of my life. Watching sports and playing soccer fueled my curiosity about the field. As a young child, I was enamored with the idea of working with professional athletes. However, as I grew older, my perspective evolved, and a deeper motivation emerged: the desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives through healing and support. In my role as a coach and volunteer, I had the privilege of working with children, witnessing their joys, and consoling their "ouches" and "boo-boos." These experiences forged a profound connection between my passion for sports and my innate compassion. As I comforted young athletes after minor setbacks, I realized that my purpose extended beyond the realm of competition. It was about guiding them on their journeys, nurturing their physical and emotional well-being, and instilling a sense of resilience. Playing for higher-level soccer teams exposed me to more advanced injuries, ranging from broken legs to twisted arms. These experiences further fueled my determination to become an athletic trainer. Witnessing the pain of injuries and the arduous path to recovery emphasized the significance of my chosen path. The prospect of helping individuals recover from setbacks and return to the activities they love resonated deeply with me. My desire to become an athletic trainer is not merely a career choice; it's a reflection of who I am at my core. Helping others regain their strength and mobility isn't just a duty; it's a source of happiness and fulfillment. The knowledge that my actions can be instrumental in someone's journey toward healing and normalcy is a responsibility I embrace wholeheartedly. Now, as I strive to secure a degree in athletic training at UAF, I am propelled by the amalgamation of my passion for sports, my compassion for people, and my commitment to making a positive impact. The prospect of studying and honing my skills in this field excites me immensely. I am eager to delve into the intricacies of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athlete support, all while building a foundation of knowledge that will enable me to contribute to the wellness of others. In conclusion, my journey from Bangkok to Fairbanks has been a narrative of self-discovery, transformation, and the pursuit of a purpose-driven path. Through the landscapes of two distinct worlds, I have uncovered my passion for athletic training—a calling born from a love for sports and a yearning to help others. From my early days of thinking about meeting professional athletes to my current aspiration of making a difference in people's lives, my evolution has been marked by a deep understanding of the healing power of compassion. As I stand at the threshold of my future as an athletic trainer, I carry with me the enthusiasm to learn, the drive to excel, and the unwavering commitment to guiding others on their journey to recovery and wellness.

Life's journey often unfolds unexpectedly, leading us to places we never imagined. Mine began in the bustling streets of Bangkok, Thailand, and eventually carried me to the remote corners of Alaska, where I embarked on a transformative experience that shaped my identity and aspirations. My transition from Thailand to the Arctic town of Utqiagvik and later to Fairbanks provided me with unique insights, invaluable lessons, and a fervent determination to pursue my dreams against all odds. Growing up in the vibrant chaos of Bangkok, life was a constant struggle for my single mother, my younger sister, and me. The pursuit of basic necessities was an uphill battle, and financial constraints were a constant companion. The yearning for better opportunities led us to make the decision to move to Utqiagvik, Alaska, a place that couldn't have been more different from our homeland. This move was not just a change in scenery; it was a leap into the unknown, my family's first foray into the American way of life. Utqiagvik, with its serene Arctic landscapes and tight-knit community, became my introduction to America. The stunning vistas of snow-covered expanses and the ethereal dance of the northern lights were a far cry from the bustling streets of Bangkok. This was my first taste of America's diverse tapestry, where cultures and landscapes could be as different as night and day yet still coexist in harmony. I discovered that despite the distance and cultural disparities, human connection and warmth were universal. Through shared experiences, I realized that empathy, kindness, and understanding transcended boundaries, reaffirming the value of forging connections in unfamiliar territory. Transitioning from Utqiagvik to Fairbanks further broadened my perspective on Alaska's unique character. The stark contrast between the sunlit summers and the extended darkness of the winters taught me resilience and adaptability. As I marveled at the majesty of the aurora borealis and witnessed the perseverance of wildlife in the face of adversity, I internalized the profound lessons nature had to offer. The Alaskan environment served as a vivid metaphor for life's ebbs and flows, inspiring me to embrace change and emerge stronger from challenges. However, my journey was not confined to geography alone; it extended to self-discovery and growth. Traveling away from my homeland, I was thrust into unfamiliar situations that demanded adaptability and open-mindedness. The experience of being an immigrant forced me to shed preconceived notions and be receptive to diverse perspectives. It was in the melting pot of cultures that I discovered the beauty of intercultural exchanges, broadening my horizons and fostering a global mindset. My family's financial struggles served as a backdrop to my determination to pursue higher education. Guided by the unyielding spirit instilled in me by my mother, I resolved to work part-time every day during college to achieve my dreams. As I embark on this journey, I am resolute in my pursuit of becoming an athletic trainer. My passion for health, exercise, and sports has been a constant source of inspiration, igniting a desire to support others in their journey toward physical well-being. It is the embodiment of my belief that a healthy body nurtures a healthy mind and spirit. In summary, my journey from Bangkok to Alaska has been transformative and resilient. Experiencing Utqiagvik and Fairbanks has deepened my appreciation for diverse landscapes, cultures, and human connections. Traveling away from my homeland taught me empathy, adaptability, and a global outlook. Now, on the cusp of my college adventure, driven by determination and a passion for athletic training, I'm excited to explore new horizons, fueled by the unbreakable spirit that guided me from Thailand to Alaska.
