In my senior year, I am passionate about pursuing a career in Aviation. I aim to continue attending the TCC Professional Pilot Program and then transfer to a university. I am committed to being a future pilot. I took and passed pilot-required courses last year and am continuing college courses while attending high school. I successfully passed my written private pilot test, in the previous semester of ground school, and have logged over 25 hours of flight training. As I progress through the TCC Professional Pilot Program, I will continue to grow and be successful. I plan to focus my studies on key areas such as airport operations, air traffic control, and weather forecasting while accruing between 250-300 hours of flight time, which is necessary for becoming a commercial airline pilot.
In conclusion, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and the potential to make a meaningful impact in general aviation. This scholarship would not only provide essential financial support as I navigate my training, but it would also affirm my commitment to pursuing my dreams. With the opportunity to achieve my goals, I look forward to inspiring youth in my community through mentoring and service, ensuring that others can pursue their dreams in aviation as well.

Sabrina Carpenter Superfan Scholarship
From the moment I heard "Skinny Dipping" on the radio, I was hooked on Sabrina Carpenter. It wasn't just the catchy tune, but the way she seemed relatable. I was going through a tough time feeling unsure of myself, and her music, especially that song, felt like a friend telling me it was okay to be a little lost.
What I really admire about Sabrina is how she's grown as an artist. She started on Disney, but she didn't stay stuck there. She took risks with her music, like in her album "emails i can't send," and it's clear she's in charge of her own path. That's inspiring to me because I sometimes feel pressured to follow what everyone else expects. Seeing Sabrina break free from those expectations makes me believe I can do the same in my own life.
Sabrina's career has also taught me the importance of hard work. She's not just a singer; she's an actress, a songwriter, and a businesswoman. She's always creating and putting herself out there. That pushes me to work harder at my own goals, whether it's practicing guitar or studying for a test.
More than anything, Sabrina Carpenter has shown me the power of being yourself. She's quirky, funny, and doesn't try to be anyone else. In a world where it's easy to compare yourself to others online, that's a really important message. Because of her, I'm learning to embrace my own weirdness and focus on what makes me unique. She's not just someone I listen to, but someone I look up to.
KG Aviation UAS Scholarship
As I watched the planes soar amazingly through the sky at the airshow with my family, I felt a spark, a spark that would guide me toward a lifelong passion for aviation. I wanted to continue going to more shows and eventually, I asked to get a Fixed Wing Rotor UAV. It wasn't only an interest, I based my life since 8th grade on aviation. I applied to get into an Aviation Academy in 8th grade, which I'm not surprised about; now 5 years later, as I approach my senior year my enthusiasm for aviation is as strong as ever.

General aviation is more than just an interest to me, it's a calling. I have set specific goals to succeed on this journey.
My passion for general aviation also comes from my desire to inspire others in my community. I want to help society by providing a useful service for flying others who are traveling and improving others' quality of life. An airline pilot plays the largest part when making sure passengers and families arrive safely at their destination for either a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity or a family reunion. In five years, I'm going to be a pilot but also a mentor to the youth interested in aviation. I want to share my knowledge and excitement about flying, promoting general aviation in my community will help motivate others to chase their aviation dreams.

As I begin my senior year, my passion for aviation fuels my dreams of becoming a pilot. I am currently enrolled in the TCC Professional Pilot Program, which has provided me with a strong foundation in flying. With my high school classes, I am taking college courses that push me toward my goal. Last semester, I passed my written private pilot test and logged over 25 hours of flight training, and I am excited about what lies ahead.
My training plans are focused and clear. I intend to continue my education at TCC while aiming to transfer to a four-year university. I plan to focus my studies on key areas like airport operations, air traffic control, and weather forecasting. In the process, I want to accumulate between 250 and 300 hours of flight time, a crucial step toward becoming a commercial airline pilot.
My long-term aviation goal is to become a commercial airline pilot and inspire others to follow their dreams in aviation. I want to share my love of flying with future generations and show them that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible. Receiving this scholarship would be a significant step toward my goal, and I am committed to making the most out of every opportunity along the way.
This scholarship represents more than financial aid; it reflects an opportunity to reinforce my strong work ethic as I pursue my career.
As I progress on this journey, my ultimate goal is not only to achieve my aspirations but also to give back to my community. I envision creating outreach programs for underrepresented youth to foster their interests in aviation, just as I was able to pursue mine. By sharing my experiences and guiding them, I hope to empower them with the same opportunities I have had. This scholarship will play a vital role in helping me achieve my goal, allowing me to focus on my flight training and academic pursuits.
I know that nothing is impossible if you’re willing to put in the effort. My journey in aviation has just begun, but I have already learned so much about the importance of resilience and determination. If awarded this scholarship, I will continue to embody those values as I work toward my dreams, all while helping others achieve theirs.
MexiDreams Scholarship
WinnerEver since I can remember, my desire to learn has led me to grow and make a difference in my community. I truly believe education and being inspired to learn is power, it can open doors to a better future. I am a proud Mexican-American, and my heritage has shaped who I am today in many meaningful ways. Celebrating traditions like Dia de los Muertos and Quinceañeras has taught me the significance of honoring my roots and staying connected to my culture. Growing up in an immigrant family has taught me the importance of determination and community.

However, I would like the scholarship committee to consider the cost of flight training, paying the instructor, fuel for the plane, and the plane itself. Along with the cost, I do have two other siblings who attended and currently attend college, they both have debt from their education. My Dad is an immigrant, he came to the U.S. for more and better opportunities for his family. Including me, all of his kids are first-generation college students, we bravely faced challenges to accomplish this and we did not let our Dad's efforts go to waste.
