Joy comes in many different forms for me. Sometimes it’s the ability to recover after a panic or anxiety attack or enjoying time with friends and family. Things I find joy in consistently include: music, reading, my dogs, my family, my friends, and playing games. I often try to find joy in activities I do everyday and in my coping skill techniques. This includes listening to music, taking a walk outside and enjoying the fresh air, coloring, and even playing with play-doh or a stress ball.
