My biggest life goal is to become the first doctor in my family. Earning my doctorate represents more than a degree—it represents perseverance, breaking generational barriers, and showing my children that no dream is too big with dedication and hard work. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential. Throughout my career in Human Resources and through my business, I have had the privilege of helping people gain confidence, navigate career challenges, and secure opportunities that have changed their lives. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone succeed because of guidance, encouragement, or support I was able to provide. I believe I am a strong scholarship candidate because I am committed to using my education to create a meaningful impact. My goal is to build workplaces where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. I am not pursuing my doctorate simply to earn a title; I am pursuing it to become a more effective leader, advocate, and change-maker for employees and organizations alike.
