I am from Indianapolis, IN and I come from a big family. With 7 sisters and a little brother I have tried to always be a role model for my siblings. Showing them that it is ok to not be ok and that they always have someone to come to in any situation. I try to give them tips on how to navigate life because I know it can be difficult. Being an older sister has had a big effect on my career choice. As someone who has struggled with mental health, I sometimes struggle with finding someone who can help guide me through what I am going through. I am thankful that I have learned many things over the years, and I hope that I can be that person to guide others and to be a light in the darkness. I am currently enrolled at Ball State University studying Psychology. I hope to get my doctorate one day and continue to help the youth in my community.
