Bio

I am a computer science graduate student at Duke University, having completed my bachelor's in computer science at the University of Florida. I am driven by a passion for building intelligent systems that solve real world problems. My interest in technology comes from a curiosity about how complex systems fail and how they can be redesigned to work more effectively. Through my academic and professional experiences, I have focused on both technical depth and real world impact. As a Software Engineer Intern at First Citizens Bank, I built a Java Spring Boot application to automate internal QA processes and designed monitoring pipelines that turned raw data into actionable insights. I have also explored machine learning through projects such as detecting ransomware activity on the Bitcoin blockchain. Beyond the classroom, I have worked on projects involving traffic simulation and emergency response using graph algorithms and machine learning. I am also developing PitchEye, a platform that helps athletes share and analyze performance through video and data. As President of the North Carolina chapter of WheelsForAll, I work to expand access to opportunities for underserved communities. I plan to pursue a career in machine learning and software engineering, building scalable systems that improve access and decision making.
