My best back to school tip is to only focus on what you can control. Going back to school leads to a lot of stress and anxiety already, so when you overthink about situations and lose sleep because of stuff that is out of your control you are only hurting yourself. If something that comes up bothers you in any way, ask yourself this one question "Is this something that I can help?" If the answer to this is no, then let it go!
