My name is Heather Simpson and I am currently a senior finishing up my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music at Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky with two minors in Public Relations/Event Planning and Business. With that being said, I clearly have a lot of passions, but my ultimate goal is to work in arts administration for non-profit arts organizations. I am particularly passionate about music, but I admire all forms of art and knew from a young age that I wanted to show myself and others that I can love my career. I am currently looking into attending Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida where I would earn my Master of Arts Degree in Arts Administration (Music) and also be able to obtain certificates and professional connections. This is truly the next big step for me in having my dream career and enhancing my education to the best ability. I am incredibly grateful for all of the opportunities I have had this far, and I cannot wait to achieve my dreams and, at the end of the day, help others!
