Bio

As an avid, empathetic, and ambitious first-generation college student coming from a low-income, single-parent immigrant household, I am tenaciously seeking opportunities for success and excellence. I left my hometown and family on the East Coast to pursue a higher education at the Kansas State University at Manhattan. I am currently working on my graduate degree, where I am honing my skills and knowledge to become a competent and compassionate Physician Associate (PA). My personal experiences have taught me to stay mindful of the fact that we all face unique struggles and adversities. These experiences have allowed me to grow in the healthcare field and expand the qualities a fruitful healthcare provider possesses – humility, cultural sensitivity, and humanism in healthcare. As a future PA, I will continue to advocate on behalf of underserved populations and commitment towards health equity.
