My name is Harry Bennett and I am currently a freshman at Merrimack College studying Communications, Digitial Media Production, and Music. I am a recent graduate of The Cambridge Matignon School. In 2016 I founded the nonprofit Bennett Brothers Balm, and to date have raised more than $43,000 for cancer research and patient care in New England. I have been involved in theatre since I was 8 years old, performing in 27 productions as well as working on sound and tech. I am a member of the Merrimack Rock Band, where I play bass guitar. During my time in high school, I was enrolled in A.R.T. at Matignon, an intensive training program for high school actors offered in partnership with the American Repertory Theatre at Harvard. Additionally, for my yearlong senior experiential learning independent study program at Matignon, I focused my project on writing, directing, and producing a short horror film set at my school. I was Student Council Treasurer for 3 years and a member of the Varsity Track Team. In my free time, I like to cook, garden, watch movies, hike, play guitar, jog, and spend time with family, friends, and my two rescue dogs.
