🏈 Student Athlete | Youth Mentor | Future Sports Medicine Specialist
Driven by a deep love for football and wrestling, I’ve channeled my passion into both competition and community. With hands-on experience coaching youth athletes, I’ve learned the value of leadership, patience, and teamwork beyond the field. I'm proud to carry a 3.0 GPA while balancing sports and academics, and I plan to pursue a degree in Sports Medicine / Physical Therapy to help the next generation of athletes stay strong and healthy. My end goal is to get my doctorate in physical therapy. My journey is just beginning—and it's powered by discipline, ambition, and heart.

My involvement in my community with youth football and wrestling has been deeply fulfilling, as I've had the opportunity to contribute both as a coach and mentor. In football, I’ve coached youth teams for several years, focusing not only on developing athletic skills but also on teaching life lessons. The fundamentals of football—teamwork, discipline, perseverance—are integral to success both on and off the field, and I prioritize these values in my coaching approach. I’ve worked with young athletes to help them build confidence, improve their physical and mental toughness, and foster a sense of camaraderie. By emphasizing sportsmanship and respect, I’ve seen kids grow into leaders who excel not only in football but also in their personal lives.
In addition to football, I’ve been actively involved in youth wrestling. Wrestling, with its focus on individual responsibility within the context of team support, provides young athletes with a unique opportunity to challenge themselves and achieve personal growth. As a coach, I’ve focused on instilling a strong work ethic, teaching the importance of preparation, and helping kids develop resilience in the face of challenges. Wrestling also promotes a mindset of self-improvement, and I encourage kids to see each practice as an opportunity to get better, regardless of the outcome of matches.
Through both sports, I aim to be a positive role model. I’m not only teaching athletic skills but also instilling a love for the process of hard work and growth. Watching these kids develop and succeed in their respective sports has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I feel privileged to contribute to their personal and athletic development. being there to help they meet their goal and find their fire.
With that being said it has shaped my mind set on how I want to give back. Again, playing sports and teaching it has given me firsthand experience with the challenges athletes face, from injuries to performance optimization. I've seen the importance of proper care and recovery, which has fueled my passion for sports medicine and physical therapy. Whether through personal injuries or helping teammates, I've gained insight into how medical professionals make a difference in an athlete’s journey. This experience has inspired me to pursue a career where I can combine my love for sports with the science of healing and performance enhancement. My goal is to help athletes stay healthy, recover faster, and perform at their best.
