Hello, my name is Hannah Flitman. I am a high school senior from Tampa, FL planning on studying Economics and Statistics at MIT in Fall 2024. I am an avid Beekeeper (yes! I have 17 hives), musician (Saxophone, Clarinet, and Contrabass Clarinet), epee fencer, Classics enthusiast (I am proficient in Latin and I love all things Vergil) and freelance tutor. My career goal is to become an Actuary, a career inspired by my father, although I plan on studying classical literature as a lifelong hobby. GPA 4.0, SAT 1580, National Merit Finalist, 2024 Regeneron STS Scholar
