As a young girl I always knew I loved doing hair and makeup. From the very moment I laid my hands on a makeup brush I knew this was something I was going to do for the rest of my life. I would constantly ask my mom and friend to let me do their makeup, I would beg my mom to let me do her hair for work and my friends hair for school. I would also make my older brother sit there and get his makeup done. When I got older I started to bleach his hair and we'd dye it fun colors all the time. However in November of 2024 he sadly lost his fight to cancer and passed away. From that moment on I knew this was something I had to do in honor of him. With the help of scholarships I can make my dream come true and keep his name alive well making others feel amazing after sitting in my chair.
