Hi, I'm a high school senior interested in pursuing a career in nursing. I was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis and Hemihypertrophy. These conditions have caused me to develop brain tumors, angiofibroma's, have put me at high risk for seizures, and have caused one side of my body to be larger than the other. Despite all the challenges these conditions have made me go through, I always try to look for at least one good thing in every day. Becoming a nurse is one of the ways I want to give back to the community of people who have helped me through this throughout my life.
