Hi everyone! I am a first generation college student who is dedicated and motivated in helping my community and those around me. I have gone through many struggles in my life and overcame them all with a bright smile on my face! Growing up was difficult, my parents divorced when I was young and I grew up without a mother figure. Living with a single parent was challenging however my father took on that challenge and raised me and my little sister. My goal in life is to become a Nurse. There are many reasons why I am motivated to become a nurse. One reason is that I want to live my life by helping and aiding others. I also have always been interested in healthcare. I want to have a positive impact on my future patients lives. Another reason is I love getting to know people and talking to people. I am a very chatty person! I love getting to know others and listening to their stories. I find it so interesting how we are all humans but live such different lifestyles and have experienced different life journeys!
