I'm Hadassah, born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii, with a rich cultural heritage from Hong Kong, Japan, and Okinawa. Over two years, I served as a student representative in the Student Government Association before becoming acting secretary. I also led two clubs as president and earned an award for leadership in track and field. My values—authenticity, community, excellence, innovation, justice, and stewardship—guide me in all my pursuits. Professionally, I aspire to become a children's book illustrator, a role through which I can blend my passion for art with my commitment to education. My goal is to create engaging and informative books, helping children develop their proficiency in biology. Moreover, I will make gardening aids to enhance food security in my local community, combining my love of art, science, and community service.
