From a young age, I’ve been motivated by a desire to build meaningful connections and contribute to the well-being of others. Whether through leadership, service, or day-to-day interactions, I’ve sought to lead with purpose and compassion. These values have guided me throughout my education and now shape my goals for the future. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Baylor University with a triple major in International Business, Management, and Corporate Innovation. Through my studies, I’ve learned how to think strategically and solve problems creatively, skills I believe are essential for responsible leadership. But more importantly, I’ve learned that ethical leadership is about more than results; it’s about integrity, empathy, and the willingness to serve. My experiences outside the classroom have reinforced this belief. At the Sample House and Candle Shop, I learned how small gestures, like a kind word or thoughtful recommendation, can leave a lasting impression. In Kappa Alpha Theta, I’ve supported CASA, an organization that advocates for children who’ve experienced abuse or neglect. That work taught me to listen deeply, to advocate fiercely, and to care boldly. It moved me beyond sympathy to action. Faith has also played a central role in shaping my outlook and purpose. Attending a Baptist university has allowed me to grow not only academically but spiritually, reinforcing the belief that my career is a calling, not just a profession. I strive to approach each opportunity with humility, gratitude, and a heart for service, trusting that even small actions, done with great love, can make a lasting difference. I’ve also embraced leadership roles where I could influence my peers and create a culture of service. Whether leading sustainability initiatives in high school or helping guide my peers in Baylor’s Business and Innovation Living Learning Community, I’ve discovered that leadership is about inspiring others, not just through words, but through example. Looking ahead, I hope to become a professor in the field of business. I want to help shape the next generation of leaders, encouraging them to think critically, act ethically, and lead with heart. I believe education is one of the most powerful ways to create long-lasting change, and I’m committed to using my career to inspire students to serve their communities and the world with both courage and compassion. Ultimately, I want to create a ripple effect of impact, starting with the people around me and reaching far beyond. Whether in the classroom, in business, or in daily life, I aim to make people feel seen, supported, and empowered to do good. That, to me, is the most meaningful kind of success.
    Eitel Scholarship
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Baylor University, I am triple majoring in International Business, Management, and Corporate Innovation. My studies reflect my deep commitment to ethical leadership, service, and global impact. I’ve chosen this path because I believe business can be a powerful force for good, one that promotes not only innovation, but also compassion, justice, and sustainability. This scholarship would be an incredible support to me as I continue my studies at a Baptist university that aligns with my values. As a woman seeking higher education, I’m fully aware of the financial obstacles that so many of us face. This scholarship would help relieve the financial burden of tuition and allow me to continue focusing on both my academic goals and service commitments without compromise. My passion lies in people. From my leadership roles in customer service to my advocacy work for CASA through Kappa Alpha Theta, I’ve learned the power of showing up for others. I’ve embraced leadership opportunities to build community, promote sustainability, and inspire others to lead with heart. I believe this mirrors the mission of this scholarship, to empower women to thrive and witness through their education and careers. One of my long-term goals is to become a professor, using my business education and leadership experience to inspire future generations. I want to mentor students the way I’ve been mentored, to help them believe in their potential and use their gifts to serve others. As Esther 4:14 reminds us, we are called “for such a time as this.” I feel a strong sense of purpose in using my education and voice to lead with intention and compassion in every space I enter. This scholarship wouldn’t just help me with tuition, it would help me keep saying yes to service, yes to leadership, and yes to creating meaningful impact wherever I go.
