Bio

My name is Frances Wawrzynek and I am returning to college to complete my bachelor’s degree in business. I am an entrepreneur and a life coach, and a nurse. My goal is to help anyone realize their own belief in themselves and go in the direction of their dreams. With a scholarship I can also complete my Master’s Degree and my PhD so I can teach on the college level. I study daily and practice self care along with auto suggestion and I work with a mentor and a mastermind group. My decision to complete my education has been made, now I am asking for the means to complete this goal. Raising my standard of achievement helps us all realize we can be more, do more, and have more. Please invest in me because it directly helps me and my household and my community, here in New Hampshire.

Have you ever wanted something so bad that your desire of the thing already achieved motivates you to seek ways to achieve it? That is where I find myself today. I have a burning desire to teach people about personal growth and development especially personal freedom. My passion for earning my bachelor's degree was the driving cause to really participate in my recovery from mental illness. I continued to work in healthcare as an LNA, and continue on even today 30 years later. It has only been in the past year that I became a home owner, and see the benefit of equity and profitability. While I was in the workplace I noticed that I gravitated to people with an excellent skill set. While others were taking shortcuts, and injuring themselves, having bad character and lying, I was making time to organize my time, and plan for my priorities. Yes, there were times in the beginning that I made mistakes, especially when it came to dealing with management because I envisioned them as having all the power and I was dependent on them for my livelihood. Today I practice servant leadership. I serve because it is the right thing to do. And am compensated very well because of it. I realize that working for myself in sales, I keep a greater portion of my profit, than working for an employer. Recently I learned I want to be an entrepreneur and have multiple sources of income of increasing amounts on a daily basis. My decision for entrepreneurship has grown my net worth over $100,000, in one year, has me returning to school, completely funded. My journey of personal growth and development drives my motivation to also complete the Goal Coach certification at the same time. See, I learned that to set a goal and meet it takes personal self discipline, but to excel at something, is possible when the standards I set for myself and the achievement of my goals, are higher than what my classmates are achieving, and because of this new level of achievement, I succeed at my personal goals, and that reward creates a momentum that allows me to complete my other goals, and raises the standard of achievement for us all. I "meet the mark," almost every time, and when I don't I learn from it. Because deep down, I respect myself, and others. How does this relate to the American Dream? Because, in America we have a republican democracy that reinforces our unique ability to be free. I am speaking about liberty. Only when people are free, can they prosper and live in peace. Liberty says that my freedoms do not have the right to step on your freedoms, and visa versa. Tyranny on the other hand, reinforces "might makes right." This type of person determines, "it is my way or the highway?" They will use fear to intimidate others to get their own way. This is the result of them believing they are inferior, that eventually creates a downward cycle of poverty and shame. Freedom on the other hand, brings the awareness that the universe is abundant and reinforces personal achievement in the form of peace and prosperity for all people. We have abundant resources in America. The America Dream is only shared by self-disciplined people, like myself who determine our destiny through service and excellent compensation. Other people fall into legalism and feel the need to conform, and become a slave to their own comfort zones, established by their employer and society. My degree has increased my desire to prosper in America.
