Ever since I saw my brother working on a car, I have also been fascinated by cars. My brother taught me how to do an oil change and change the brake. That's all, but once I got into high school, I picked a class called auto tech. This class got me to learn lots of things, Also I love how you have to solve the problem. It's like a puzzle. This is why I am so passionate about this career as an automotive mechanic. I want to spend my whole life fixing and solving people's cars. While in my High School automotive class, I have changed. It helped me to be responsible by picking up messes or picking up others.
I have been curious. With automotive, I wanted to know how an engine works. This curiosity led me to enroll in Reedley College. Reedley College has amazing programs there. They also have an Aircraft maintenance tech. But all I am focusing on is automotive, because I love hands on jobs. It is so satisfying to get my hands dirty and use tools. I love figuring out what is wrong with the car and putting it back correctly. When I learned how to take off a wheel and tire and put it back together, I felt like I could do more.
Another reason why I love this career is that cars are changing. Soon enough, we will get to work on electric cars. These cars are most likely high-tech sides. So I researched that Reedley offers both a certificate and an Associate of Science degree. Their program teaches electrical system brake, steering, and suspension. I know that I will learn from experts who understand the reality of the automotive industry. The program is only for two years, and the college is also a two-year college.
My goal is to enroll in Reedley College to get into their automotive program. to earn my degree and become certified. I would love to earn a higher degree to own an auto shop. I want to be the mechanic in my community who will be trusted and take care of the community by fixing their cars. In the end, my passion for automotive will come from love. because this is what I'll love to do. My high school auto tech class gave me a start that I needed.

I also Learned How to balance a tire. The most difficult part I had trouble with was changing my front and rear shock absorbers. Because I wasn't in the shop, I was in my garage using my jack and only had a few tools, so I had to buy some. But I successfully fixed the problem.
