Bio

Mmachukwu Favour Osisioma works alongside first-generation and/or low-income populations to make higher education more accessible on the FLI Home Discord server. Within her community, Favour has been a Girl Scout Ambassador and a youth volunteer at church for the last four years. She participates in these activities with her youngest sister, her role model. Mmachukwu aspires to pursue a PhD in Sociology in the steps of her second role model: Professor Anthony Jack. Her Plan B is to live and work at an art museum. Favour is a theater kid, ever-thankful for the representation of flawed and authentic black femmes in media. Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender is her favorite main character. (Favour’s zodiac sign is also the Aquarius. Coincidence? She thinks not.) Mmachukwu lives in Tennessee.
