Bio

My name is Faith Eunice and I am from Chugiak, Alaska. I will be attending college in the fall, but I am still deciding what school I will be committing to. I plan on majoring in biology on the pre-med track with hopes of attending medical school and becoming an oncologist. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and taking advantage of everything Alaska has to offer.

    • I spent 45 hours with a radiology tech, and also had the opportunity to work with multiple orthopedic surgeons and scrub in on a procedure. I earned half an elective credit after I completed several assignments, including a final project. (4 months)

    • I completed a 2-month mentorship (68 hours) with Dr. Wynd Counts (OBGYN) at Women’s Care of Alaska. I shadowed her scheduled appointments and had the opportunity to learn a lot about the female body and various health conditions.
