This includes the national honor society, track and field, plus community clubs such as the American Baptist Girls. For volunteer work, I was a docent at a local museum and fed the homeless regularly. Now that I am in college, I hold a 3.7 GPA and have joined clubs such as the black student union and improv club. I’ve also given back to my community by coaching track and field at the high school I graduated from and regularly assisting the elderly. I believe my tenacious work ethic has been shown through my achievements, and it encourages me to persist and stay strong despite challenges in life.
