It is very hard to pick just one thing that is my favorite thing about Disney. Therapy has allowed and encouraged me to live life with an open mind and not consistently focus on the bad things that happen. I don’t need to stress and worry about my academics, my finances, and life in general because anxiety only makes my physical and mental health decline drastically. Good mental health allows us to develop resilience, which helps us navigate life's ups and downs with greater ease. Moreover, mental health involves self-care and self-awareness. My passion for STEM derives from my desire to find solutions to issues that people say “Is the best we can do?” interests me to pursue Industrial and Systems Engineering.
