I always used to eat anyhow I wanted and to be honest, since I was very busy with work and school I was not very concerned with what I eat. I ony find what is available and easy to eat either left over food that has been kept for a long time and nt properly stored or eating unvalanced diet. I started to gain weight and I was not atcive with so many things because I tend to get tired easily and mostly leave most of my school work undone. And on top of this I was not excerising at all. I came top the realization that It is important to make time for physical activity, even if it's just a few minutes a day. Exercise not only keeps our bodies in good shape, but it also has numerous mental and emotional benefits, such as reducing stress, improving mood, and boosting confidence. Regular physical activity can take many forms, from going for a walk or jog, to participating in a sport or taking a fitness class. Then, I started managing my stress which was also crucial for a healthy journey. I was able to achieve this through various methods such as practicing mindfulness and meditation, engaging in relaxing activities like yoga or gardening, or finding healthy ways to manage our emotions, such as talking to a trusted friend or therapist. Finally, it is important to get enough sleep each night. Losing my elder brother to suicide was devastating and life-changing experience. The grief and emotional turmoil that followed was overwhelming and affected my life in many ways. Dealing with the loss my brother to suicide was incredibly difficult because I was still young. I suffered from shock, disbelief, guilt, anger, and overwhelming sadness. Although as I grew up I began to understand that these reactions are normal and to give myself time to grieve. I reach out to friends and family for support and considered seeking help from a therapist who provided me with guidance and support during that difficult time. To overcome my loss, I looked for many ways to help be get over the death of my elder brother and I and found many helpful ways to honor and remember my brother and encourahe myself to move on with life. I had many ideas then as some were provided to me by my therapist then. These ideas included creating a memorial, participating in a support group, and finding a way to give back to the community in his memory. I also learnt the imporatance to take care of myself both physically and emotionally. This may included eating well, exercising, getting enough sleep, and engaging in activities that brought me joy. My brother was well known and highly respected person in our community. He will alsways go out of his way to help anyone that needed his help. Little did we know that that young happy vibrant looking guy was battling his own demons within. He was depressed but was really hard to tell since there was not signs of depression because he was a very lively person when he was around family. His death was a painful experience for myself especially and the rest of the family. He aspred to become a doctor in the future and will always joke about giving us injections and making sure it was oainful eneough if we do not obey him in the household and this will make all of us laugh. He was my hero! My therapist helped me a great deal and I still remember what she would say to me. "It's important to remember that healing is a journey and it can take time. It's normal to have good days and bad days and it's important not to put pressure on yourself to move on or get over it." As I grew, I came to the conclusion that grief is a natural process and it's important to allow yourself to feel and express it. If we knew he was depressed, ihis death could have been iprevented by getting him help. I have therefore advised myself to always talk about the issues of mental health and seeking early help should I ever feel depressed. It's important to reach out and support people who are struggling with suicidal thoughts and to educate ourselves and others about the warning signs of suicide and how to get help. Losing a family member to suicide can be a traumatic and difficult experience. It is important to seek support, find ways to honor and remember the person who has died, take care of yourself, and to talk about suicide and mental health.

I want to believe making plans to have future loans or current loan debts paid will be more likely hard to combine with school when currently enrolled in school.
