I am Banquet Chef and recovering alcoholic who was blessed with a second chance at life. After enduring six months in the hospital and two years of aggressive recovery. I channeled my inner courage to complete a degree twenty years after I started. In addition, lifestyle changes I've followed afford me the confidence to make a positive impact in society. I have worked in the food service industry most of my adult life and yet it never quite satisfied my expectations. I am attending college this year (2023) to focus on a B/A of Business Administration:Organizational Strategies. Upon completion of my degree I plan on pursuing a second career in the wildfire remediation field.
