My name is Emma and I am currently a junior at University of Wisconsin-River Falls double majoring in Business Administration and Biomedical and Health Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. With my time at UWRF, I have become increasingly involved with the different aspects of student life. I've participated in many student organizations, including our sustainability club, Women in Business, Dance, hall council, and Student Feminist Organization. This past year, I have become devoted to my role on our Student Government Association as the Sustainability Director. In this role, I have networked with different campus departments, students, and faculty to increase the awareness of sustainability and what it entails. I have also been allowed to explore different aspects of senate, including some committees (Finance, Mental Health Ad-Hoc, Bylaw Review). I have met some amazing people and have also been able to provide our students with a voice and information that has not always been available. At UWRF, I have also worked on campus in roles, mainly in the Department of Residence Life. I've had experience working in the student mail center as well as the campus library. Currently, I am a Resident Assistant in a Freshman dorm on campus. Outside of UWRF, I am an On-Demand Fulfillment team member for Target and I work as a Pharmacy Technician for my dad's local business as well as doing management and operations tasks when needed. Someday, I would like to follow my dad's footsteps to become a pharmacist and take over the family business.
